I got the DVD of that concert a few days back, I had tickets for the Manchester warm-up but couldn't go due to exams (It was at 4pm!)... Just from the DVD it seems like it was amazing Though that was mostly due to the triangle solo

I always seemed to notice they'd become available at about 4pm the next day, though that might've just been a bit random

Why doesn't Moyles have a daily podcast as well? I'd have thought with more chatter than Scott there'd be more to put in, but I suppose Moyles' show doesn't have the features of Scott's?

Why make Greg's show even shorter? If he's gonna get up to do a show at 4, at least let him have a decent amount of time on air

How can a group of reseachers listen to radio and decide that it's encouraging people to drink? How on earth do they know if it's gonna make people go out drinking or not? I assume they've just said "Oh no, they've mentioned alcohol, that's not allowed!" It's pretty ridiculous if you look at what some of the people at Radio 1, expecially Aled, is doing to make people aware of the dangers of alcohol

That Guttierez fella Newcastle brought in looks rather quality. I doubt we'd have Owen back to be honest, we've had enough sicknotes recently a la Kewell and now Degen, and I don't think Owen would like to be a back up striker, since now we have Torres and Keane, and if we bought him back it'd hinder the progress of N'gog, Nemeth and Pacheco to name just 3 of our good youngsters

I am a bit gutted that Newcastle United will get sucked up before Liverpool FC, but I'm sure that'll be the least of my worries

That seem's flippin' odd to me... Some schools don't have a 6th form, and in my school, the 6th form is a bit different to the rest of school, not only academically, but the way it runs. It seems strange that they'd make you get half an A-level, which is when it gets hard, and then let you leave after a year of it... Even from my first day in 6th form, I know it's a big step up, so why not let you leave before if you want? Baffling!

I always watch Live at the Appolo on Dave when it's on, as it's always a good laugh, and I thought Michael Macintyre (Spelling?) was particularly good. I've never thought that much of him, but he appears to be really good live

Urgh! First day in 6th form today, and I'm already exhausted and a bit stressed. Double history on the first day is just abuse. Having a teacher explaining 100 years history as a background in 1 hour is NOT what I needed today

SWP in particular hasn't played much recently, when he's been at Chelsea, and I'm not convinced 1 game can show that he's in form, whilst Bullard and Walcott have been playing fairly regularly, especially last season. I think Walcott definetly deserves to be in the squad, and I'm not sure there's anyone better than Bullard to replace Gerrard as a central midfielder. And also, Bring back Carragher!

I don't think Wright-Phillips and Bent could've been selected just because of the performance in one game - That'd be too risky. They may be good players, but you can't judge them on one performance. The arguement for Owen is fair enough really. Without Gerrard we're buggered anyway, as he won't have his best player to dump out on the left

Walcott I agree with, but Heskey is past it! At least there's a slight variation to the squad that was playing 6 years ago On the other hand, I'd absolutely love it if Man City sign Berbatov
