The 'mike on' webcams yesterday were fascinating, though I didn't get to see it all due to work... Any chance of that whole show being put on the iplayer or website for those that didn't see it? Also, is Scott always such a fidget as he is when sat at the desk...?

We found ourselves watching Pingu the other night when there was nothing else on. Just why I wonder is it so watchable?!

Personally, I wouldn't be keen on buying things (such as music from iTunes) on a public computer to sync up to an ipod/mp3-player because of the potential security risks... I think that should maybe be a bigger consideration in this case than the merits of Apple products versus the others. Consider buying a little netbook for close to the price of an iPod Touch and an internet connection for home first, Viv.

Just as any 'substance abuse' (whether it be nicotine, alcohol or food in this case) causes an extra burden on the NHS; it is surely the absolute right and duty of a doctor to be able to recommend a reduction in consumption before (or as part of) treatment. Stopping a doctor from being able to talk about someone's weight is akin to barring them from asking about their smoking or drinking habits... Ridiculous. The simple fact is that singling anyone out for their slightly different appearance is just plain wrong, and a change in law isn't the right way to go about improving matters. Much better that people be taught how to respect others, regardless of their physical attributes...

They have a point about how she was driving though. Speeding up to go through what was clearly relatively deep standing water (seen by the other car going through it ahead) could easily have seen her lose control of the car at speed, even killing anyone involved in the process. A low speed alternative I'd see the funny side to, but not this. There's reckless/dangerous 'fun' and there's 'fun' with a bit of common sense...

Kitchen completely redecorated. Might not sound like much, be we chose the decor and did it together which is what rocks... Also, had a really great holiday in Spain with Nati's family. Back to work now though, which isn't so amazingly great.

Amusing stunt, especially when a lot of people (amazingly) really do bank on the possibility of a big lottery win getting them out of the financial hole they find themselves in, having been encouraged to spend beyond their means from all corners. Possibly a bit unfair though, as it's been called 'stupid tax' for a reason... I'll look forward to catching up on this.
