The rehearsal that never happened
Listeners demand an update from Steph after Friday's promise to rehearse her Halloween costume alone. She happily returns, only to admit that a night out on Friday led to her sleeping through almost all of Saturday.
The outfit was never tested and no party conditions were recreated. Steph regards the sleep as lovely rather than a failure, while Scott and Chris enjoy how completely the detailed plan collapsed once an ordinary weekend intervened.

Ripped Rinder arrives on Strictly
Scott watches the Strictly Come Dancing launch and is startled by Judge Rinder's dancing ability and previously concealed six-pack. Listeners begin using “Ripped Rinder”, while Scott's former partner Joanne Clifton has moved on to a new celebrity and he insists he is completely relaxed about it.

Scott praises Chris's new documentary about the Gathering of the Juggalos, an extreme American festival created around Insane Clown Posse. Chris entered an environment of wrestling, unusual foam parties and very relaxed attitudes to clothing with a bearded festival guide called Mangina, who wore a floral bikini.
