Well I didnt manage 2000 for the motivation one, but for the other bits and pieces it was a good chunk. It was either write a sensible amount which covered what they asked for or write bugger all... I went with the sensible amount

Really? They usually have a few people call... thats shocking... one phone call... I didn't call because the few times I've called they've said Ill be put on air then ran out of time (free for all friday)

I wrote the right amount... or so I hope.. its allowed up to 4000 characters per section, so I've got about 2000 in each. All relevant non waffling.
