From the press release, it seems like Huw's Wed/Thu 12-2 show will go nationwide. I guess he will also present the England show on a Sunday night once it moves.

I don't think the early morning starts would fit very well with Annie's DJing. Interesting thought though. I remember enjoying Zane on breakfast as a one-off. Would be quite a move to put more of a music slant on breakfast. I do feel that breakfast needs to have a strong identity compared to the rest of the daytime output. As people have already said, this is the strength of Moyles. I can't help but feel the whole daytime schedule becomes quite generic the moment he leaves.

Presumably because in the long run R1 see Greg as a potential drivetime DJ. That is not and was not the case with Edith/Fearne/Jo.
