I think you'd make a great teacher. You really have the enthusiasm for it. Are you sure you realise what you're getting yourself into though? haha. Teaching can be frustrating, but also truly uplifting. WHEN (notice not if) all my students pass their exams, they will have earned their good grades, and this will give me such a high... Selfish in a way. I'll give you a reference anytime.

Father's day then Birthday. You should buy him a pair of something... glasses, sunglasses, cufflinks, earrings, socks, trousers, gloves, shoes, handcuffs(?)... you get the gist. I always get my dad a nice bottle of wine, that way I can benefit too.

Pretty good. Just found out this evening my 2 best mates in Madrid are both getting married in September. VERY strange coincidence. Also have wedding in London in July. Only problem is I have to read in church at one of them. Cacking my pants already. Will probably (or hopefully) be struck down by thunderbolts and lightning! Also my students (the really young ones) invented 'Teacher's Day', and made me cards! Ahhhhh. Big smile.

Sometimes I really wonder what the world is coming to. If this film is in the public interest, I feel ashamed to be part of the public. It's sick, sensationalist news reporting, and a very sad reflection of our times. Boycott and sanctions on Channel 4 from me! Hate BB too, so not a problem. How would the producers of this programme like to see their mother die on TV?

These no-shows seems like the ultimate way of enhancing Radio 1 listening figures, without having to fork out for a 'supposed' guest. The celeb earns a nominal fee so their appearance can be hyped beforehand, but they can stay in bed. Then Chris can act all outraged when they don't show up on time. They were never going to, still snuggled up under the duvet at home. Veeeerrrry clever. I think too much!

Hello Livvy, Agree. These 2 have faces for television, NOT personalities for radio. Fortunately I'm normally comatose when they're on.

It was well written, but I found the plot a little disappointing, apart from its take on WW1. The young actors however were fantastic. Creepy as hell. We'll definitely be seeing them again. Next week's episode looks promising...

I think a Camp Radio 1 Weekend would be more than appropriate! Sure there are no end of people who'd jump at the chance to start this one off! Campsite arrangements very important! It's theme could be CMF maybe? Chilly Mauve Fairy. You like? Nx:D

This really appealed! Very funny. Brought to mind Stewie the scarey baby on Family Guy! He's definitely the best character. HOW those Yank writers came up with a homicidal baby complete with screamingly camp Noel Coward accent, is beyond me. Then again talking dogs are pretty thin on the ground too.
