  1. Ahh yeh, of course. I keep forgetting about Sundays, but having Annie on twice on a Friday is a bit odd but I like her so won't complain!
  2. Even on Nick Grimshaw's day off it seems Annie Mac is now first choice of cover for Fearne. Hopefully she'll get the gig full time! Will she be doing two shows that day then? Or will Jaymo & Andy George be covering hers in the evening?
  3. Holly smokes?! Wow, wouldn't have thought that. Not that it's a big deal or anything. Colin Murray smokes, not R1 anymore but thought I'd chuck that in there.
  4. Sounds good, I'll definately be watching. Is Gabby Logan still presenting? I like Gabby

    Dev.

Assuming we're thinking about the same ones, I wholeheartedly agree!

    Dev.

I loved that show too! Nooooo, Nev (or Nevil) was the bear. Dev's bear in fact. But Dev was a presenter on Smile too. DJ Devstar he was called.
  7. Oh, Annie together with Toddla T?

    Dev.

He's a lot better than he was when he first started, and I'm confident he'll continue to get better. I like him, not only is he a very nice guy but I honestly can't think of any reason to not like him. By no means is he the greatest DJ Radio 1's ever had, and I doubt he'll ever be anywhere near that league, but the amount of hate and ridicule he gets is completely uncalled for. I like him, I voted yes. And I like his hair too. Did u ever see how his hair was when he presented Smile on CBBC on Sunday mornings with Fearne and Reggie?
  9. Probably the best name in politics Haha! McClaren is actually doing a fantastic job with FC Twente in the Netherlands.

    Election 2010

Oh who's that then? Baroness Warsi? I don't like her. Come to think of it, there aren't many politicians I actually like..
  11. But she'll never fill Margaret's shoes  It might be too soon to judge but as much as I think I like Karren, I think she's better suited as one of those interviewers in the interrogating interview part of the series with that big cruel guy and the Simon Hughes lookalike. It will be interesting to see how Adrian Chiles' replacement carries 'The Apprentice: You're Fired' when the original series returns later this year.
  12. I was half asleep in bed when she was on but her new single sounded really good! I'll have to listen again properly in full on the iPlayer!
  13. You think it was a joke?
  14. Oh, sorry. I wasn't intending on being rude or anything, I was just joking along, all in good humour
  15. Really? I also heard Scott's surname was really Montague. And that Huw Stephen's real name is Archibald. Never did believe that one though..
  16. Oh, and Zoe was very good. Poor people skills again though, not a particularly likeable/nice person at first glance. And isn't that a lovely house they've got them this year!
  17. Good show, not quite as good as The Apprentice but it'll serve my needs for the time being. Missing Margaret already though, Karen is doing a good job though. None of the candidates stand out at this point, there's no 'one-to-watch'. And none come across as particularly likeable, although I'm sure many will grow on me over time. As the series is 6 episodes and there are 10 candidates, will there be multiple firings or are 4 going through to the final? I didn't like that Jordan guy, he seemed early on as the one that would be fired due to his poor stint as project manager and his complete lack of people skills. But I think the one who should have been fired was the farmer guy with the beard. He seemed too content with his lacklustre efforts, couldn't be bothered to follow through with his very successful idea, had poor excuses ("the wind is my least favourite weather.."), didn't seem to care that he/his team failed etc. A very lucky escape for him. He seems a nice enough guy though, I'm sure he'll grow on me. You have a thing about gay guys don't you?

    Election 2010

Not good! :x And not good for the Lib Dems either, this will do them much more harm than good

    Election 2010

But don't the House still have to vote to have a referendum in the first place? And don't they have to vote to follow through with the verdict according to the referendum result? I might be wrong but I assumed that even though the parties state they will do things in these coalition agreements and in their manifestos, every act and bill and policy has to be passed through by the MPs :S

    Election 2010

I was joking! 'My mate Fidel' = Fidel Castro I guess to a certain extent when Brown said a vote for Clegg is a vote for the Conservatives then he was partly right. I think this could do more damage than good for the Lib Dems, many of those who voted for them did so as an anti-Conservative vote. The Lib Dems won't get PR or even AV or STV. There probably won't be any change from the current FPTP system as the Tories on the backbenches will vote against it. I think Clegg's sold the soul of his party to the devil and they'll get very little in return for it. If Labour play their cards right they will probably come out of this very well in the long run. A fresh new start in opposition where they can all sort themselves out with their new leader (David Miliband ftw!) with some fresh new young faces on the opposition frontbench. They'd be able to be critical of the imminent and inevitable huge spending cuts heading our way and of the pledges the Lib Dems have gone back on in pursuit of sharing power with the Tories. They'd be capitalise on the disillusionment amongst left-wing supporters of the Lib Dems and go back to their roots by refocusing on their traditional core working class supporters.
  22. Ooooh okay, never heard of him. I actually thought it was Plan B at first. And about Ines, I left a comment on her wall on Sunday and 4 days later I'm still patiently waiting for a reply
