Main problem: they want original/creative ideas etc. You have 15 minutes. You'll play 3 songs. Let's say 3.5 minutes per song: that's... 10.5 minutes. That leaves you with probably 2 x 2 minute 15 second links. Try and fit some good links which fit the criteria of "creativity, ingenuity, festiveness, distinctiveness, practically" in that time. Sure, it's possible, but I think it's awfully restrictive.

Eeeh, breakfast show works as it is, shouldn't cut down on talking to squeeze a record in. Also, think of it like this: they play so few records, if you're playing one of those every day for a week, won't really grate as it'll stand out?

The Christmas day thing is 24 x 15 minute slots. Online you'll submit 3 tracks you'd want to play. Playlist will be filmed as part of all the webcam nonsense, and there's something involving Scott's show which hasn't been announced yet, but is VERY cool.
