Well I play netball so we train once a week in the winter twice in the summer and games on top of that, I also go swimming on a wednesday morning b4 work like 6:15am...it wakes me up. And aerobic classes, last night me and a friend did aqua aerobics that was cool...even with the exercise I still watch what I eat!! I have got so many friends who join the gym in January and never use it...I think it makes them feel better to think that they are a member at least!!!

im glad its not just me...I was sat watching it last night wondering what the hell was going on her voice of what I could make out was wrong and the fact that she couldnt stand still was annoying too...at one point I thought she was gonna flash at everyone..holding on to her skirt all the way through the song...........

yep they are as good as i remember!! yum!! I can not get into my work today...loads of things that need to be typed, rooms to be booked for meetings, etc etc, but the only thing i can be ar**d to do is log on here and make strong coffee......help ive lost the will to live...... 17 mins and counting till Scott saves the day!!!!!!
