Gemma Collins had become a supply teacher
The BBC’s lockdown education output had already inspired Chris’s Get Smart With Stark.
Now an actual familiar show character had joined the real programme.
Gemma Collins appeared on *Celebrity Supply Teacher*.
Scott was not surprised by the booking.
He remembered meeting Gemma during the early *TOWIE* years and pointed out that beneath the famous reality-TV personality was somebody who had genuinely run businesses and worked in car sales.
Chris immediately imagined a second career for her on *Dragons’ Den*.
Lucky Underwear tested Chris’s lingerie knowledge
With Valentine’s Day approaching, Flossie from the team invented a new game for Chris:
Lucky Underwear.
Chris would hear descriptions or names of women’s underwear and try to work out what the item actually was.
It quickly became clear that his expertise was limited.
The title of the podcast came from one of the gloriously over-engineered product descriptions:
“Do you stock a deluxe chest rest?”
Scott and the team delighted in watching Chris attempt to discuss bras and lingerie using language which made everything sound much more complicated than it needed to be.
Old X Factor auditions resurfaced
The show also went back into early *X Factor* history.
Scott and Chris had to identify famous singers from descriptions or clips connected with their very first auditions.
The fun came from hearing people who would later become huge stars at the point when they were simply another nervous contestant standing in front of a judging panel.
The Vegan Whisperer made a surprise appearance
During Blow Your Own Trumpet, Chris’s fake supernatural gift reappeared.
A caller’s achievement somehow became another opportunity for him to claim he could identify veganism through vocal tone alone.
Scott had long stopped expecting the feature to follow ordinary logic.
The only important statistic was whether Chris could maintain the increasingly suspicious success rate he kept boasting about.
