Highlights from the show
Morning. It's Jono once more. These early mornings really take their toll. Here's the lowdown on Tuesday's show.
Today Scott's in trouble. He was given all of the new jingles to look after and he managed to lose them. So it looks like we'll be getting all the same jingles after yesterday.

Yesterday Scott had a very interesting phone call, from Keria. Whilst Shep was with one of the show's radio people Scott revealed that he had a text off of a girl who claimed Shep (or David) has a long term girlfriend called Christine. There's also a holiday booked. Is that why he called himself Shep instead of David?

Much discussion about the worrying news that Jono Coleman and Michelle McManus were going on Celebrity Love Island, and Scott revealed he had been to a place called Sunset Strippers. Yesterday he parked his car outside his house in a bay with a permit that he'd paid for as per usual. After he'd left for work there was a sign saying that parking bays had been suspended, and when he returned from wor he found someone was trying to tow his car away!

So today we had Gareth, Ben and Shep left in the One Night with Laura competition. Today we heard from Shep, then tomorrow it'll be Gareth, and then on Thursday it'll be Ben. All three finalists were sent on a special set up speed-date. Scott and Laura tried to gross Shep out the most; she pretended she'd been sick just before the speed date and Laura continued to belch. He said he'd smelt sick, even though there was no actual sick. She also made herself out to be a bunny boiler, but he seemed fine with it all. So how did they catch Shep out about his secret girlfriend? They called up his friends and their friends gave a few testimonies. Shep was on Fun House with Pat Sharpe and Blind Date. And then the second friend? Christine. He had told her that he should trust her and to go with it. They were both off on holiday to Spain soon too. Scott thought Shep was after radio fame and wasn't interested in the date but reassured us he's pretty much single, and nothing was definite with Christine. You could cut the tension in the air with a knife.

Is it right that if you are seeing a really great girl (who could be your girlfriend) and you go and enter a competition for another girlfriend? Do you really book a holiday with someone who isn't properly your girlfriend? Suggestions from listeners include getting Paul back on instead, or Rory (the boring poet). Chappers thinks Shep should be given the benefit of the doubt as he wasn't sounding flustered when asked the question. Jo Whiley's verdict is that she is his girlfriend and that he's a 'cheating, lying, scumbag'.

I think he should take a lie detector test Trisha style.

Yesterday Scott and the 'gang' were talking about meeting partners at funerals. One guy is a doctor and was treating a patient, when his daughter came to visit her father, and he ended up going out with her. Keep your stories coming in. Other stories included a guy who changed the locks for a woman who was kicking her husband out, a guy waiting to hand in urine and a lot of policeman tales.

And at the end of the show there were reports about Laura seeing one of the losers – James. She was spotted in the pub having an hours worth off drinks with him. Scott was disgusted. They'd been working their bottoms off to find a winner for her to 'comfort' the losers! Great drama from the BBC.

Jono's final thoughts…
Another smashing show today, topped off by some new amusing Paul Turner voiceovers, my review was a little short today, I'm not sure why that is – perhaps that shows there may need to be a bit more content tomorrow other than the ONWL contestants. Check out Scott from 7am tomorrow, and JK and Joel from 4pm.
