  1. Right so here it is. The very 1st tiny section. Ive not even decided if I want to continue with it right to the end (there will at least be a tiny bit more but its getting late and I need more time) but its here for you guys all to lol at anyway. I would also like to take this opportunity to point out to everyone that I am not a professional writer in any way shape or form and will not ever be. So no reading this expecting it to be the standard of actual J K Rowling. I think I'm also legally obliged to state that as much as I would love to, I do not own Harry Potter or any of its associated characters or settings. I dont own Mr Mills either, as that would be slavery. This is not written for any kind of profit. I should also probably point out that I know Hogwarts isn't real and I know Scott did not attend there. Its all made up. Its fantasy, hence the title. Scott Mills and the Fic He Never Wanted From an early age Scott knew he was different from other people. He wasn’t like all the other boys and girls in his class. He knew he was special, but didn’t know why he was special. It was like the world conformed around him. The elements would bend for his ease, the skies would change depending on how he felt and bad things happened to those who were cruel to him. Of course this could have all been a coincidence but Scott had always felt that it was something else. Then it happened. On his 11th birthday, at precisely 10:08 in the morning, a single letter dropped through the door of the Mills household. Mr Scott R Mills, House With The Red Garage Door Eastleigh Hampshire Scott picked up the letter and studied it carefully. The envelope wasn’t like normal paper, it was brittle and had a slightly yellow tint to it; there were no stamps on the front, and the address certainly wasn’t the address he was used to seeing on the front of all the letters his mum received. His fingers came into contact with something smooth and waxy. Scott turned the envelope over to find a crimson red seal holding the flap of the envelope down. It was like nothing he had ever seen before. The shape of a shield divided into quarters provided the base of the pattern; in each quarter a different creature, the 1st a lion, the 2nd a serpent, the 3rd a honeybadger, and the 4th an eagle. Imprinted on the top of that, a large letter H.
  2. Right the 1st bit is ready for you guys to read (I dont mess about lol) Shall I start up a new thread to put it in or just post it on this one?
  3. I should warn you. Its a crossover which means it intertwines with another fandom. Think it will be pretty obvious which once I post the 1st little bit in a minute but the fic is currently so named as its exactly what Scott said he didnt want
  4. So far my fic is called Scott Mills and the Fic He Never Wanted needless to say its a working title. lol Edit: BTW if you want to know any fanfic terms feel free to ask me lol
  5. Her fic wasnt that bad. She got a few of the key character traits for each person and Scott did say he wanted to be shipped (fanfic term for endorsing a relationSHIP) with the PR4L so you cant really put her down there ) I hadnt heard the podcast when I read it. It wasnt a masterpiece but it certainly wasnt the worst fanfic Ive ever read. And according to her twitter it was her 1st time too. Its actually quite hard to jump from being able to invent all your own characters and make them do what they want to having set characters to which the public already know the story and personality of, but once you get used to it it is actually a lot easier than writing from scratch. Trust me my 1st fanfiction was AWFUL! I look back at it now and cringe. Hers was much better than my 1st attempt ever was (it was a doctor who fanfic lol) But as for my idea for a fanfic Ive got a few little plot bunnies running around my head might give it a shot, but be warned, I suck at one-shots
  6. But in the real world of fanfiction everyones gay and although they dont tend to be realistic I think theres a difference between writing a fanfic and writing a fic and just using the names of people without really knowing/using their characteristics (and Im not talking about sexuality there Im talking personality and the way people act) Sorry I get really into all this. Im a proper geek at times
  7. hmmm its ok. Ive actually read an awful lot of fanfiction in my short life and have even written a couple before too. Its one of those things that you get it right and it can be brilliant, get it wrong and the rest of the fandom want to murder you. its a fickle world being a fangirl
  8. "ageing presenters like Chris Moyles and Edith Bowman" then later "Vernon Kay".... awks when Scott is older than all of them but he's not mentioned. Hopefully that means theyre not planning on getting rid of him
  9. Just as I thought I was free from school for the summer after having my final exam today I suddenly remembered I have my work experience next week in my old primary school. Joy. On the plus side I am seeing Rhod Gilbert a week tomorrow so that should get me through it

    S Club

Dear lord... I have no words for that. I only managed about a minute of the performance. It was just embarrassing to watch! I used to be obsessed with S club, collected the magazines and everything!
  11. I need to find that video! Bit of a whovian myself too and I love wherever we go but my favourite song by them is One In The Morning and I would say shame about the statue rusting but its probably good if its a bit more lifelike now
  12. will do One of them also goes to the same college my fav actor went to so Im a very happy girl
  13. Well this weekend Im going to my friends bbq where Im also going to meet one of my favourite bands called StopGoSixty (theyre unsigned so Im not expecting anyone to have heard of them) Im so excited. But what makes it even cooler is that the BBQ is in Eastleigh and apparently just around the corner from where actual Scott himself grew up!
  14. No one of my age I knows really cares how old presenters and DJ's are, its just about what theyre like. For example I dont care that Westwood is 50-odd I just dont like him cos I find him annoying and the way he speaks annoying. Although since Britain Unzipped Greg has earned himself a lot of new teenage girl fans which may help with his ratings (probably wont though. I know very few who still voluntarily listen to radio)
  15. As someone who is taking their final GCSE in 6 days, I am not best please by this news.
  16. I think its to do with the music, artists dont want their music being played to a group of people who theyre not actually aimed at if you get what I mean
  17. I just dont get their obsession with having a young target audience. If things still havent changed in 3 years surely thats a bit of a sign that theyre not going to change
  18. Its properly addictive. But 9/10 the stuff I tweet is just random bollocks. Its a really good way of venting lol
  19. Ive been on Twitter for 4 years now and I'm still hooked on it. Although I can soon see sites like Tumblr making a breakthrough as you can do more on it and basically turn it into whatever kind of site you want it to be.
  20. Ive watched it a couple of times now, Im normally quite good at it
  21. Maybe theyre just commitment rings
  22. Ive noticed it several times now after seeing it on Eurovision. I swear there used to be one on his middle finger on his left hand and now theres one on his ring finger instead.
  23. I used to be a massive Busted fan and I still listen to some of Son Of Dorks stuff. I actually cant wait for this and really hope it hits the West End.
  24. Did anyone actually hear what Scott said to cause those tweets? I missed it
