I sadly agree with what's being said... I doubt Westwood will go, he had the youngest average age listener and was even mentioned in the article by cooper, it would be outrageous to get rid of Annie nightingale and would receive ridiculous outrage fromlisteners and fellow dj's who highly regard the woman! Tong is sadly vulnerable though, although shouldn't be at his level of fame and what he's done and still does for the station with other shows like in new dj's and essential mix. Massively agree with niena on the schools tour, really rubbish however some of the other cam stuff has been quite good.

I 100% agree about presenters needing to focus on the radio NOT the TV, I would still like to see shows visualised especially on the TV (Red button/BBC Three) as long as they were still radio shows that could be listened to in their own right... However I disagree about the Moyles part... where would you put him? And I highly doubt he would come back, his and Coopers ego's are to big to bring him back...I do like Coopers idea of having the playlists available after the show, that is a Genuinely GOOD idea! Especially for the specialists shows where it is often harder to find the music after the show. I think when you look at the new line up the positives are, Phil and Alice, Matt Edmonson and the negatives at the moment are Dan and Phil, It's just to visually orientated and they've not had the chance to develop their radio skills, and Jameela, she is just rubbish, not enough experience, to tv orientated and way to self-obessed sorry to say!I would love to see more Dev, Phil and Alice and Matt Edmonson in the schedule for covering etc, they've got the experience and are fighting to show it off!

Hi guys, Wandering if you could help tell me when Annie Nightingale is coming back, she's been on holiday for the last few weeks and is still of next Friday, missing her show! Heidi isn't the same, she doesn't represent trap and bass in the same way Annie does! Shame Kissy Sell Out never returns to cover shows, his show was the best of the specialist shows they had last year! Cheers, Ben

interesting choices... really pleased about sara and matt/ scott and jameela known they will be fine... really not sure about zane and gemma, all i'm saying is it will be a tough few hours for zane... Great to see phil and alice keeping the 10pm slot especially as this is phil's local area, he could quite easily fit into the bbc three coverage because of this... good to see adele roberts in the morning as well, she is much better than gemma! not sure about Huw and Grimmy, they did hackney with each other... they get on well but it just sounds to odd, they have different on air personalities in that Huw is more chilled... Lack of greg james though, take it he'll be doing the bbc three coverage again, let's hope its not like last year at hackney, him and fearne are possibly the least hackney people you could have got to do the show, same as Derry coverage, get Phil Taggart on that!!

On the lack of magazine articles, not really true, the discussions on this forum that is because it is a Scott mills forum, he is mainly discussed on a thing called tumblr (I don't know much about it) but just search grimmy, nickstape, team bc, breakfast show and lots comes up on him and the show... Also twitter, admittedly not as much as Moyles. Harkinson: sadly this is very true, I've seen a lot of "it's not the same!" Also would have to agree with previous page, think grimmy is a great listen, but showbot is really crap, genuinely think it's a rubbish feature, fins ham, you're better than this!!

cxx666 The part about the show still having a couple of years left I think is matter of opinion... However personally I feel that it had reached the end and it was lucky it had lasted until now, there was a point around 2008 when I feel that Scott could have definitely taken over the show. I accept that you cannot stand the man however wishing he didn't exist is a massive exaggeration and genuinely unfair. Also how much of his show have you actually listened to? Just wandering because that's not really what he does? Out of interest, who did you want to succeed Moyles?

I'm pretty sure the interview will be gwyneth Paltrow, she was mentioned twice on the show, plus she is on the graham norton show on Friday night meaning she is doing the promo circuit.

Not true, Ben cooper put him in the job to lower e average age of listener, he believes in grimshaw because he is genuinely passionate about NEW music, he has good humor and is an excellent interviewer whether it be an a-lister or just a listener who has phoned in. 4. Why would he? The shows only been on air for 6 months it's completely unreasonable to expect it to get a proper radio award against shows that have been on air for the whole assessed 12 months. Don't try and make a headline out something that complete bull... Don't be the daily mail...

Just wandering has this been taken of air? It's just last night they started this new show called my playlist with gabriella aplom and then russel Kane meet week. Has been cancelled, or did it get taken of air for doing something wrong?

Totally agree with the above. Phil and Alice have really really impressed me, I seriously like the show when I tune in, and Alice has got so much better, she wasn't awful at the beginning but felt she was a bit nervous, I like her and phil together as phil is definitely an opposite personality to her, for example he is definitely more naughty, as they were saying the other day he got suspended at school while she was head girl at school! On DJ's that deserve a better show, I caught Pete Allison and he was really good, definitely would like to hear more of him! Sadly didn't catch the other two... I would also like to hear more of Adele Roberts and Nick Bright from 1Xtra Weekends, both really good RADIO presenters, and proof that 1Xtra has good DJ's unlike Gemma Cairney! All for visualisation as Moyles was as well! But please put the radio first!

Totally agree, I said this a while ago on the forum but i know it wasn't met favourably. I think he would be great with a sidekick of someone like rihanna of films or even one of the producers from another show, as strange as it sounds I think hearing Chris Stark and Matt Fincham or Rihanna from rilms sit in for a weekend show would be a great listen and god forbid when Scott does leave I would love the Afternoon show to be Matt Edmondson with Chris Stark!

Yes as wizard said, i am all for the use of cameras in the studio but jameela is awful, i'm not being sexist or racist, i just don't think she's very good at this, maybe its the wrong format for her or something but in my opinion she should be at the desk sat or stood behind the mic like when reggie or scott have done the show, i think it will be interesting to see if the format is kept when scott or greg sit in for her...

Hi all, I know this is a big suggestion as it is quite near to the time but do you think it would be possible to get Scott and Chris Stark to do a marathon show for comic relief like Moyles did in 2011? It wouldn't be possible for them to break the world record as thats 105hours I think but it would be great for them to do a 53 hour or more show to break Chris Moyles record don't you think? I personally think that they would raise plenty of money and it would be great entertainment to see Scott and Chris on the red button 24 hours a day for 2 and a bit days especially as they seem to both be really respected by a lot of the radio 1 and 1Xtra DJs and also as TOTDS is leaving soon! What are your thoughts? Do you think it would be possible to persuade him and the station to do it?

I have really be enjoying Phil and Alice or Phalice, especially as Alice is getting much better through the week as she is relaxing more, to be fair it was probably hard for her at first with no experience in radio though... As for Phil and Dan, I'm not quite sure, they are really popular but whether the show will transfer to radio well is yet to be seen...

this is good but also bad, good cuss i like scott but bad because it means half an hour less of content per a week, when he moved to his new slot it meant that he had 5 days a week of a SOLID 3 hour show (not 2:45 and also a full 4 hours on a friday) but hey hope its visualised as well!

bit harsh saying never, think when scott goes chris is likely to have a future at radio one and is easily capable to do a show by himself!

I agree that sounds like a good idea, especially as you can tell that he gets on well with Beccy and Rihanna!

yeah the guests have been good apart from Nick Helm who wasn't at his best, the Doc Brown interview was REALLY good though, definitely very insightful and one of the best interviews on the show!!
