  1. Technically, through PRS, he should, though you may need to look up as to whether he chooses to waive this or not.
  2. Just before the show went on break, when Aled quizzed him on the musical style... think big, epic, movie sort of music.
  3. It's fine, Beccy tweeted about it earlier and broke it.
  4. Well how can they be added if we don't know who to add HMMMMMMMMmm And if the idea is that they'll be added without you saying who, well, then we'll look for who is new on the poll
  5. It's fine, we can sit here in the corner sulking.
  6. Not really. The majority of the content, outside "best of X" packages, it was a monthly breakdown.
  7. ...wait. There's half a year, in a 1 hour podcast. Didn't we get half hour ones for each individual month last year? Ah well, suppose they don't have to do it etc.
  8. Or, as Mills is on Breakfast next week, to spread the podcasts out over 2 weeks so there is stuff next week.
  9. Oooh right. Fair enough, makes sense.
  10. Aww, they've not podcasted it yet. I really liked how they did that last year...
  11. That's why I left categories, so I could still vote for Ema. Oddly enough, I was thinking "she'll beat me up at Uni if I don't..." while writing it.
  12. I'm too lazy to do them all, and because I can't nominate myself (there goes chances of Best Looking Female, AGAIN), I've done some of the categories and if I remember (probably not, knowing me) I'll come back and do the rest. 13. I just noticed the title of today's show on iPlayer. Peanut Butter Jelly with a Baseball Bat.
  14. Well you never know if they will send anyone out there: I wonder if it's more likely that Radio 1 will mostly rely on say, BBC Sport's resources, using clips and packages produced by BBC Sport people for Newsbeat rather than sending their own people (or more than one or two) out there.
  15. Justin Lee Collins coming up later on the show will be entertaining. I can only imagine how insane that will be.
  16. This is the most ridiculous show of ALL TIME.
  17. That's Mr Purple Turtle, if you want to show some respect.
  18. There's a fun N-Dubz skit. Much of the original content show is about "gonkstep", so they have random Radio 1 DJs, mainly specialist but does include Mills and Greg talking about it and doing pieces and interviews about it. More of a 'plot' to it than the last ones, I suppose.
  19. I think neither of the two things really require an introduction. Radio 1's most unique show, much loved for things such as the Evil Surgery and the Newsbeat Apocalypse as well as, of course, electronica, has come back for another special. This time, it's focussing on Gonkstep, and how it became the trend of 2009. It's uhm, a, different show, and one you shouldn't miss. It even features DJ :| - how can you say no? http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00pf4xv/b00pf4vv/David_Hoopers_Disgusting_Electronica_Gonkstep_Special/
  20. The funny thing about Florence and Bragg's cover is it switches round of the gender in the song that sings in a bit of a mumbling way.
  21. Well it's good to have a title that's helpful and makes sense.
  22. Just listened to the 2009 episode. Really well put together series.
  23. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00kt8jy is the series.
