Basically, In PE I pulled lots of my muscles, they've gotten incredibly weak, and so am finding it hard to walk at times

It probabily best to get the packing over and done with. My foots better while, my back and my legs have started to hurt, I can't bend to sit down and to stand up, it hurts too much
