It's being hyped up too much by the media and so people are panicking when someone so much as sneezes. If your gonna get it you'll get it. It's not that much more dangerous than normal flu and people don't panic as much with that.

I have a pool and a jacuzzi at the villa at the moment but don't have one when Im at home. i had a paddling pool as a kid until my labrador jumped in and pierced it with his claws when he slipped.

It's raining again today. And I mean seriously raining. The area I am living in has been placed under flood watch all day. So another day of studying because I can't even go outside and sunbathe for a while.

I went to Kennedy Space Centre today. Got to see a lot of really amazing things including Saturn V, fuel boosters, a piece of the moon which I got to touch, the crawler that they use to transfer the shuttle to the launch pads, the storage buildings for the 3 shuttles...oh and Endeavour sitting on the launch pad due to launch a week on Saturday!!

OK so you dont like her but execution is a bit OTT.

I got to speak to the Rich last night. Hadn't spoken to him since about tea time on Saturday so was really missing him. So now even though I am thousands of miles away I will at least get to talk to him most days.

The villa is gorgeous, have a private pool and jacuzzi, weather is absolutely roasting, massive portions of great food...need I say more?

I'm going on holiday tomorrow. Three weeks in sunny Florida!

My MP for my home address claimed £128,701 while my MP for my Uni address claimed £171,989. I'd like to point out that the uni one is only Dundee West. The MP for Dundee East claimed £146,658. What have they spent their wages on when we seem to be paying for so much for them?

Being stuck in the house tonight due to a massive turf war between the local boys and the gypsies. They got in an argument last night and since it has escalated to knifes and baseball bats and both sides calling in company. This is an unusual thing to happen in my small town so the police are not prepared for this kind of thing so all we can hope is they have called in help as well otherwise it is going to get really bad tonight. Also I failed one exam in first semester and two in my second semester.

Bad. there are a couple of people I have been very careful to make sure they don't get a hold of my mobile number so I don't want them to be able to get it from somewhere else.

I think its pretty common for the fire brigade to be the ones to remove the ring if it is very tight. This could be due to lack of proper equipment in the NHS but it could also be due to the training the fire-fighters have with the equipment so its probably easier, quicker and safer for them to do it then for paramedics. Also I don't think the ambulances can afford them for a number of reasons. Mainly the factt that the NHS don't buy from sites like EBAY and I doubt that ebay would have enough to supply all the ambulances. There is also the face that even if they did buy it from ebay and there was enough at £5.99 each and to get for all the ambulances it would cost the NHS a fortune. They are struggling to provide cancer treatment for all the cancer sufferers so I don't think they should be spending money on this equipment and the training the staff would need to use it when instead they have the fire brigade who already have equipment to do the job and the training needed.

Instead of going to Glasgow tomorrow and spending the day with Rich then coming home in the evening I'm now going to Glasgow, spending the day with Rich then headed up to Dundee to stay with him until Saturday morning. Can't wait.

It's not looking promising. It has been announced on the news that the plane will have run out of fuel by now. If the plane had landed elsewhere it would have been in contact with air traffic control somewhere and so the news would have got back to France that they were ok. I suppose we can only hope that it has come down in the Atlantic and everyone has managed to survive and they are all stuck on a raft somewhere. That's about the only good outcome I can see though which isn't good.

Yes you all have the same mark in the exam but what about in the coursework?

That's kind of the point of exams and coursework. No point in rewarding people for doing badly.
