Although I see it that he could be more television facing and could have a significant television career To me I think they do a better social media game than BBC Radio 1 bigger set up a lot more visually designed and knowing how to get on peoples social media feeds

I'm not sure. I doubt it. They'll probably slot someone in with them. I don't really listen to Capital much, but from little bits I have heard, and bits I've seen on social media.. things have stepped up a notch in quality especially since Chris joined the team.

Guessing some broadcasters would hate it, but consumer-wise it's a great idea.

Just listened to it. Enjoyed it a lot. Also feels like Grimmy talking celebrities that aren't just the ones in his phone book which makes a change ? Felt like it left me wanting more. I was just getting into it when it finished!

I agree, I think the BBC sees Sounds as the future, and eventually services like Freeview will come through the internet as there's a scramble to free up signals for 5G and 6G. So I can't see them investing in DAB or DAB+ even if they didn't have all the bureaucracy mentioned above.
