Scott wants to start celebrating celebrity occasions by writing to them and sending gifts to see who writes back. Also Chris felt that Scott wasted his role as the UK Presenter for Eurovision by announcing the result just normally. So he looks into other jobs where there is an opportunity to jazz things up and decides to showcase his potential announcer skills as a returning officer at the elections.
