12 March 2007: Chappers returns, Dave or No Dave and Scott’s fake grandmother

Chappers returns

Chappers is back, and disagrees that skiing is the same as posh travellers. He said it was just like the Beckhams who posed for pictures, and asked for them to leave to respect his privacy. He’s also seen Fame Academy, and thinks Colin looks just like Sue off of Mel and Sue. And Louis and Kate Thornton are off the X-Factor, not that Chappers cares.

Dave or No Dave

Now remember the Dave game when Scott tried to find random Daves? He’s found today every person he talks to is Dave. From the bloke at BT dealing with his broadband to the taxi driver. One caller even had a dog called Dave. If you’re in the pub, and a friend has had too much to drink, change all your mates phone book friends to Dave. See how they react to that! Someone has 160 numbers in their phone book and 17 are Dave. No doubt they’ll be more on this tomorrow!

Something else Chopper has missed is Castaway. Now Radio 1 is featuring stereotypical adverts of the Scottish contestant by playing The Proclaimers in the background. They’re all mingers according to Scott, but Chappers disagrees about the one who posed naked in the News of the World… as her partner is a bouncer.

Scott tried to turn a girl into a lesbian by subjecting her to the ‘gay’ music suggested by the CHOPs website. It included Elton John, Jay Z and Corrine Bailey Rae. It didn’t happen. But hey, at least we know it was a ludicrious selection.

Scott’s fake grandmother

Scott also got a text from someone asking to get her out of a date. The girl said the guy was boring, and a munter. Chappers posed as the girl’s grand-mother but ended up putting on a German accent, and then breaking down with the giggles after going Mancunian half way through. That’s what happens when you put your trust in Scott Mills…
