It was the book launch party for Laura’s Diary last night. Not much could be revealed from last night, as the organisers said they’d kill any one who gave away too much information. Scott was struggling to get the people on the dance floor with his DJ set, but just before the Now 64 CD came on they got moving.
Now Scott has quite a lot of famous listeners including Rav off of the News of the World, Victoria Newton off of The Sun and the 3am girls, so they must have been dead excited to hear Scott’s bit of gossip today. After the launch party they all went back to the flat, and Scott’s flatmate the comedian ended up getting off with Fox Mary about three or four times. Surely this is pay back time for the diary? No mention of the “let’s see that again in action replay” line though.
Scott: “That means we’ll be like related Laura”
Yes. If you excuse the fact that flat mates tend not to be related. Moving on…
In the studio today…
It’s Andy and Rodney off of El Chombo. Andy can’t speak English, so Rodney had to answer the majority of questions, whilst Andy answered in his own language of Chacarron. They revealed they had intended for this song to be how it was. The song was written around Andy’s nightmare with sharks – “shark aroun”.
Scott played his karaoke version to them which they thought was rather good. They were interested in eliminating the crazy frog from the Christmas Number 1 competition, but they’ve met him and like him. The listeners were on with questions as well. There’s no details of an album yet, and apparently Andy has no boyfriend at the moment. He’d like to keep it like that.
Chacarron is out in the shops this week. Next week’s the time to get buying, in the race for the Christmas number 1.
Flirt Divert
There’s been some blatant misuse of the Flirt Divert number this week too. One girl was reading out her Christmas list to what she believed was santa, but it turned out to be the Flirt Divert number. That’s wrong on many levels! Someone pointed out that it could just be santa’s number is just one digit out.
The Honesty Game
The Honesty Game made another Tuesday return today. This time Annie Mac and Colin Murray joined Scott. Colin revealed he had dirroeah as an eight year old kid in a caravan, but Scott tends to find he wees himself in the cold weather. Laura recalls as an eighteen year old after some posh wine she woke up in soggy pyjama bottoms but couldn’t remember how that happened. Colin revealed he’d looked through a majority of his partner’s diaries and e-mails, as he’s quite paranoid after being cheated on. Scott’s hoping in the new year to take The Honesty Game to Colin’s show for an X-Rated edition.
