Scott’s Page 3 Secrets
Remember Scott and Chopper were talking about Zoe off of London from Page 3 the other day? One minute she’s 21, then she’s 23 and then she’s 22. Well today The Sun had published Zoe’s Page 3 secrets and what do they put her age down as? 26! So presumably she’ll be 23 again tomorrow…
Lemar’s Look-alike was outstanding…
1Xtra Presents… Lemar
Radio 1 are currently running a competition with 1Xtra to win tickets to see Lemar. But the competition isn’t the best, and you have to look like Lemar to get in. It’s a bit narrow isn’t it? So Scott’s sent in Chappers’ picture. Will it work? We’ll see in days to come…
Wangers on the website
And the girl from yesterday’s mystery wanger phone call has sent Scott the offending picture. He wanted to know if could put it up on his Radio 1 pages.
Scott: “Can we put wangers on the website?”
A lot of people seem to think it should be sent in to the Lemar competition, or as a Rate My Willy competition. It could go up alongside Willy Mason, Free Willy, and Will Smith.
Reuniting Friends
Meanwhile, remember the reuniting friends phone games that Scott ran ages ago? Well it’s back again today. An e-mail was sent to Scott today about two guys – Dan and Andy – who had a massive argument over a girl who they were both trying to chat up. They’d had a few drinks and they were ‘quite intoxicated’. They’ve not spoken to each other for a few weeks. So time for the getting friends back together feature, just like that well known website.
Scott: “Now what was that called?”
Chappers: “Can’t think”
Laura: “Getting-friends-back-together.com?”
As a result, and with some clever tactics, both will be texting each other soon to meet up and go to the pub later this week. Hurrah!
Radio 1’s newest signing looked less than happy with the state of the green room
Pests at Radio 1… And it’s not Chopper
Laura and Moyles now have got lots of bites on them after they met Take That. They think it’s come from the slightly skanky sofa in the ‘green room’ where Jack Osbourne, Matt Lucas, David Walliams, and Keith Allen have sat. Is it an outbreak of fleas? And did the pet psychic bring them in, or did a pet spirit have fleas?
Snakes On A Train
Scott and Chappers are a bit naff at films, and haven’t seen many of the good ones. But when Scott was on holiday with Laura, he brought a very amusing film which he thought was ‘Snakes on a Plane’. But it turns out he’s brought something else. He actually picked up ‘Snakes on a Train’ which involves snakes being hatched in a woman, and the only way for survival is a shaman across the border. She jumps on the train, and then the people on the train become victims of the snakes.
Scott: “Snakes? Is that like having worms?”
(Team laughs)
One flaw to that. Why didn’t they just stop the train, and get them all off? Scott recalls texting Dr Mark one night in the pub, talking about worms, and asking if putting a lasagne near your nose and mouth, would get the worm to crawl out. He explains this was almost closing time.
Chappers wanted to know why Scott was so about ignorant about films considering he works for Blockbusters doing voiceovers, but apparently after a year, he’s actually been axed.

A Recruitment Nightmare
And for the final feature of the show, James got a message from a recruitment consultant this morning. He left a message, and was quite nice on the phone, and before he hung up. But he didn’t actually hang up, and continued saying some rather mean stuff oblivious to the fact the phone wasn’t put down properly. He then explained to a trainee what he was trying to do. He explained to the girl that the guy was most likely a pervert as he’s working at a girls school, and that the guy wants to get James out of a job. By then the guy had realised his mistake and hung up. So James wants some revenge, with a bit of help from Chopper.
Although the call didn’t involve much of a story, the guy on the phone knew what he’d done was very apologetic, and was certainly squirming. By the time Chappers had made the guy almost pap himself, Scott came on and the phone soon went down. Many called for this guy to be sacked, but let’s be fair, it happens to a lot of us doesn’t it?
