Chappers is Back
So Chappers is back again after 1 week off playing cricket in India with Sports relief and is back complaining as usual so nothings changed there!
Scott, Westwood and The Chart Show
So yesterday the two most unlikely DJs on Radio 1 to get together and do a show united to present the chart show. Scott and Westwood presented the show this week for JK and Joel because JK is currently competing in the games on Channel 4 and Joel well as scott put it was relaxing in a bath with floating candles. So on today's show scott and the listeners were commenting on yesterday's show aswell as chappers who found the clips very amusing. Next week its the turn of Scott, Chappers and Laura to present the chart show – which should be another interesting but amusing listen.
Laura's Diary
So on Thursdays edition of Laura’s diary. Laura had just started presenting shows with her friends Lynn and Lisa as “The L team” on sub city radio, which Ben was dead supportive about and wanted samples of Laura’s work sent to him. She was also finally settling into Uni in Glasgow and having a good time wining and dining with Mr X.
On today’s Laura’s diary…
Laura started off today’s entry with some random words which she had in her head all day. And informed us all that she Had experienced farts all day lovely. She had finished her essay, done some laundry, had drink and well bobs your uncle. Laura was drunk whilst writing today’s entry and apparently according to her boy friends she was highly amusing to be around Laura also Phoned Ben who seemed quiet she was talking to him about Jenny, and according to Ben her accent changed. And finally Laura decided she was going to buy a plant. Yes it was a very random drunk entry today…
One Night With Laura
The details for One night with the lovely Laura are new to Chappers this week as he has been away and un-aware what has been happening with the show. Scott explained to Chappers that he would be going around the UK with Scott, Laura and the ones who don’t speak in a tour bus for a week trying to find a perfect match for Laura. Chappers wasn’t happy that he would be sharing a Tour bus with Both Scott and Laura’s disgusting habits not to mention the producers and the web team. And also wasn’t impressed that on their way around the Uk looking for Laura’s Date they would be popping into BBC local radio stations for shower stops.
Following on from One night with Laura which sets to be one of the highlights of the show for 2006,scott received a call from Tom who lives in derby dale near to chesterfield who told Scott that his local radio station Peak fm had launched a similar campaign yesterday called “win a date with Laura” Laura being one of their newsreaders on their station who also seems to be unlucky in love. Scott wasn’t too happy with this and as Chappers pointed out radio 1 are advertising one night with Laura not just one date.
Flirt Divert
So on today’s Flirt Divert was jam packed full of random people as usual including the woman who rang up three times in a hour and cant take a hint with the third phone call she had very bad reception sounded like she was going through a wind tunnel or was Chappers still in India? And did the Equestrian Message have a hidden Message? And a man who has been told of Fantastic things were said about HIM and he is weaving across the road or was it weeing or was it bleeding… hmmm… Oh and the final message for the night was left by a man who was on the run from the police. Lets hope Sergeant Mills doesn’t catch him.
