Alrite treacle…?Its only bley Thursday woo so lets get on with today’s review.
Chappers in India
So as you know Chappers is in India playing cricket for sports relief amongst many other famous people including Chris Evans, Nick Knowles, Dermot O’Leary and Harry from Mcfly. Today Chappers was playing against a Big Indian Team and said it went very well and one of the most “amazing things he has ever done” although he wasn’t able to Give us the score. There were thousands of spectators including a famous England cricket team member Freddy Flint off who had flown out to support the team and commented on how rubbish Chappers was at cricket. Chappers has had a bit of an emotional experience out in India he said how sometimes he’s cryed,wanted to hit people and so angry that there is so much devastation happening out in India. Scott finally ended the call as Chappers was clearly drunk and rambling on.

So also on today’s show Scott got email from a regular radio1 listener who had done a very bad thing. Zoe got in contact with Scott because she felt very bad about what she had done. She explained to Scott that 3 years ago she went out with someone and dumped him because “she only had weeks to live” this was only to get out of the relationship. Luckily he was very understanding about this and left her. Yesterday Zoe was walking down her local high street and spotted her ex coming out of Costa Coffee he spotted her and looked very scared like he saw a ghost-now the poor guys probably in counselling.

Laura's Diary
So today on Laura's diary it was Laura's first show on Glasgow radio station sub city radio with her friends Lisa and Lynne. Laura was nervous, so nervous that she went to a local Bar for lunch with her mates and also a famous person who was a hot topic on their radio show-yep you’ve guessed it right it was Mr X. On her show they were asking for requests and dedications just a bit like Your call but they got hardly any calls and technical support was blaming it on “problems with the phones” Scott added that that excuse was frequently used when he was doing shows on radio stations before R1. Laura had also heard from Ben who was being “dead supportive” about Laura’s work and had requested that he was sent samples of Laura’s work at Sub City as it should be an interesting listen. Laura seems to be getting settled into Uni and doesn’t think its that Bad anymore.
Aswell as being trapped in a car full of guitars, drums and speakers on her way to band practice,Mary(Lauras sister)had also managed to send Scott 2 sample CD’s of Laura and her friends days at SubCity Radio. Including their first show talking about their Lunch with “Mr X” and also a Clip of Laura's friends trying to teach Laura some Scottish.
You've Been Busted
So finally on today’s show Scott had received a call from Carla who had suspicions that her boyfriend Michael had applied for one night with Laura and wanted scott to check the database to see if he had and Bust him. Scott checked the database and found out that Michael had infact entered for one night with Laura so he gave him a call. Scott told Michael that he was checking through the applicants for one night with Laura and giving them all a call to see if they were still interested in One night with Laura and if they were suitable. Scott asked Michael why he applied for one night with the wonderful laura and where he would take her he said that he liked the sound of Laura and he would take her our for a meal and some wine.Scott then passed Michael onto his assistant for “a few more details”. His assistant was infact Carla, Michael's girlfriend(well she probably isn’t now). Michael tried telling Carla that he was “doing it for a laugh”. Another relationship broken up by Scott.
