Morning Delight
Gooood Mornin' once more, it's Tuesday and today the Mills team were all smartly dressed. Well, all with the exception of Chappers. Even Jon had a suit on, but apparently that was because he was working for the World Service. Chappers was feeling rather paranoid about the whole thing. He was in a t-shirt and jeans. Scott assured Chappers that they just wanted to look smart, and that he just obviously hadn't got the text that they sent. But Chappers still didn't believe Scott – the team were giggling a lot, Neil the producer wouldn't make eye contact with Chappers and Chappers didn't receive the running order for the show.
Chappers had been down a bit because Cheryl from Girls Aloud was seeing Ashley Cole, and first of all Scott played a 'recorded' message for Chappers and then introduced Cheryl and Kimberly.
Rate Them Happy
Hayley didn't manage to answer the phone this morning, but she was rated 'not bad'. They could have given her the star phone, being Rod Stewart. Today's Rate My Swimmer was Mark. His photograph was taken in Miami in March this year. Scott was rather impressed by the sandcastle in the background.
Scott: "If it was rate my sandcastle it'd probably win it"

Love Machine
Chappers absouletely loves Girls Aloud and recently went to one of their performances and on the night left a message on Comedy Dave's phone which was then played today. Another nice rendition of Love Machine concluding with "Cheryl looks well fit!" Of course they weren't just on the show to see Chappers, they have a new single out which needs plugging! Chappers said his love machine days are long gone. The topic then moved on to today's Rate My Swimmer, Mark. They reckon he was 'buff'. Scott then put some questions to them from the listeners, one included 'Cheryl, do you often notice that Ashley falls over a lot' (it's a football joke) and how she feels about being compared to Posh and Becks. And finally it was the return of the Radio 1 Starphone…
Stars on the dog and bone
They're both known to lose things, but Scott's got another Star Phone to give out. This time Girls Aloud have the job of passing it on. Mariah Carey did a good job last week, but it didn't last too long. Rubbiiiisshhh! Their task is to pass the phone on to another celebrity, and with these people we're talking about stars like David Schwimmer. Scott's started to worry about Chappers having the number. Think of the drunken messages when the wine is on. Scott even managed to give them a charger this time!
Towards the end of the show Scott rang the phone, Kimberly answered and it was very brief. She put the phone down very abruptly, and Scott says he won't be ringing them for another two days.

Today we had Cameron off of Big Brother 4 at 7.10 and at 8.10 we had Suzanne Shaw, the one from Hear'Say.

Scott had a lot of calls from those who are off to Spain this week and want to meet the Radio 1 team. A good time for them all to go! It's due to be very hot, and will be very lively in the evening. Scott would like to go to the Lady Diana bar. I'm looking forward to his 'only bluuudddy friday' in Spain. We didn't have one last week because of the events in London, so it's long over due!
Your Home is at Risk
Saskia is from Hertfordshire, she's "nearly seven". Do you remember when you were younger trying to make yourself sound older? She said she's nothing like Saskia from Big Brother, thank goodness. We even had an impression of the Crazy Frog, probably the last time we'll hear that on Radio 1 again. She gambled Ralph Lauren shirts for a Crazy Frog CD. For a purple doodle bear (which is a bear that you can write on and wash), she gambled her dad's DVD player which he's only had since Sunday! And for a Bratz doll and scooter, which she wanted for her birthday but she couldn't wait, she gambled her mum's anniversary ring. All she had to do with name all of the US presidents in order of when they came to power and she correctly guessed them all it. I'll give you a clue – they began with George Washington and ends with George Bush!

Record of the Week
Another play of the Record of the Week, and we can finally announce it's Simon Webb off of Blue. I see they've sped up the other members to make them sound like chipmunks.
As you can see it's a rather quiet review, I don't think there was too much to write today. Hopefully there'll be more to write about tomorrow.
