I really enjoy listening to Nat on a Sunday morning such an easy listen. However i am not a bit surprised they have already dropped the second hour of Radio 1 00s for Radio 1 10s. Just annoys me abit that they assume everyone who listens to Radio 1 was born in the 2010s. I dunno might just be old man 33yr old me showing my age? What do you guys think?

Greg was on fine form.this morning and think we still have at least another year from him yet. RMC i can see leaving soon it aint working and R&M are getting on a bit maybe move them to weekends and keep Charlie solo. As for D&V i agree with previous comment they were rushed into the slot and its not natural.

Out of respect to Mills i do not listen to it and listen to him on 2 instead. So i cannot really comment when i have heard them at big weekend/giant dj hunt i thought they were alright but did not makr me laugh really

I think Moyles was well respected. Not neccisarly liked as Jono said we are in a different time. I think back in the day the djs would not mingle unless they had too

He always seems to have original features too which you don’t hear cover presenters doing and that sets him apart, one to bet on getting a gig next time there’s a shuffle.

Im afraid Matt is the new Dev fantastic reliable cover but has not got off of weekends after 11 years he will leave very soon i feel. Plus as an image youth station hate to say it because i love him but he is proper grey now if you look back at the cricket video from the DJ Hunt. Matt and Greg will leave in the next year or so im afraid.

I appreciate that something like this has to be co-ordinated and therefore ‘staged’ to a certain extent, but it feels a lot less contrived than some of the previous years events. Just seems like a fairly wholesome bit of chaos for everyone to engage with so far, which has been fun I think.
100% my fave so far closely followed by Greg and Grimshaw hide n seek

My thoughts on the summer schedule are as follows.
Firstly i think it might be something we have to get used to every summer?
Greg i think deserves a bit of a lay in he does look knackered. I do fear we are in the latter part of his reign. I hope we get him for the rest of 2023 and 2024 though.
Clara getting all summer off seems really odd and you would assume she will have no leave left after this? I think maybe she wants out? Jack is the real star of the specialist output and will be good to have him in the Zane Lowe ish slot.
The real story of the lie in is Arielle i am a huge fan of hers and she does not belong on Earlies. This could be a taste of things to come?
Sam and Danni on Earlies is a great way to promote there new show especially in the 0700-0730 slot.

If there was bit more difference and change it would be more of a listen but think its not Radio 1 to blame but the chart doesn’t feel surprising or exciting.
Yep could not agree more it is over 20 years now since i started listening to Radio 1 because of my obsession with the Chart. I still really enjoy it. But when you think you have got rid of the Harry Styles track and it comes right back into the top 10.

My main issue is it gave Nats show an identity. I listened to her on Saturday covering Katie and it offered not a lot just plenty of shout outs. Hardly a must listen. Her Sunday show has always reminded me of Vernon/Coxy's Lie-In Show from years back(again showing my age) I think within 12 months if Nat is still on Sundays the 00s/10s will be dropped all together for a generic show
