I think that is the case when there isn't a live lounge. When the Live Lounge is on, it will be like this. Fearne was in 82A today.

I don't think there are any hand gestures in radio in particular, i should think most have there own gestures between them and the prodcucer.

Anyone been on it yet? Seems good, ICYMI with Chris Stark could be a good place for him to go if Scott ever left? Also, having Jack & Dean present the chart is an interesting move.

Agree up to the Jameela part. I think she should do early breakfast or be phased out like Tom Deacon was. Maybe Gemma in Alice's weekend slot? Plus, it sounded like Scott had a bit of a technical nightmare just then but covered it up!

I would like that, Fearne actually suited the chart when she presented in 2009.

Bit of a geeky observation here, but did anyone hear the Official Chart with Scott today? At 16:00 where they tell you the chart update from Wednesday before the chart starts itself, the way the songs were edited made it sound a bit sharp. Instead of smoothly editing out a chorus, it would just cut half of the song off. Did anyone else think it sounded a bit rough?

Anyone notice Annie Mac still uses the old jingles when in for Fearne? Sounds like they forgot to make some new Annie Mac jingles.

A few mistakes the R1 DJs make. I have a good one somewhere from Scott's show in March where the studio wouldn't work.

Annie is sitting in for Fearne starting 23rd Oct I do like Annie but I thought she may have stopped covering Fearne as she's more of a specialist DJ, especially as they have Alice, Jameela and Gemma.
