1Xtra for me this Christmas then..

I kept my curtains open all night so I could keep an eye on whether it's been snowing if I wake up during the night. When I wkoe upa t about 11am it was coming down quite heavily but wasn't settling

I hate shows like this. Why not get Scott or Greg or even Dev to cover the breakfast show that day?

Ooooh, I knew I missed something. Still not convinced though but it doesn't sounds as bad as I originally thought. But moving Fabio and Grooverider is a huge blow, probably my favourite show on Radio1 and 1Xtra - even better than Gilles Peterson. Great for a Saturday night, not so great for a Sunday night/Monday morning. Hopefully we'll be hearing more of Fabio & Grooverider covering on 1Xtra daytime as they're definately worthy of it. They'd go a great job covering Westwood's weekday show especially now as Twin B who normally covers will soon have the Breakfast show.

And some questions have been left unanswered. If Ras Kwame and Seani B are leaving, then what's happening to the 3-5am and 5-7am slots on the 1Xtra/Radio1 simulcast? Hmmm..

Hmm. Not too sure what to make of that. I often sing praises of Twin B on here but I'm not sure if he's breakfast material. And I won't be able to listen if he's up against Moyles, not that I'm ever awake to listen to Moyles anymore these days anyway. I wish him the very best though. CJ Beatz on Sunday mornings, replacing Max with Gemma, losing Ras Kwame and Rampage - I'm not convinced. No Ronnie Herel on weekends, silly rotation of presenters and genres on the the flagship 10pm specialist shows - bad move. Although Trevor at 10-1 and keeping Westwood and Mistajam in their slots are all good decisions. Charlie Sloth on Saturday mornings - for real?! Now I'm a Charlie Sloth fan, but waking up on a Saturday morning with the jokes and light-hearted nature of Twin B cannot be replaced with "the best looking fat man in the world" (according to him) assaulting my ears! Especially when his hiphop show has only just finished 6 hours earlier. The 1Xtra schedule was looking its strongest ever. After about 3 years away from the station, I returned as a regular and happy listener about a year ago. I'm not sure the station will remain #2 on my radio preset listings. I hope the new line up grows on me, but I'm far from certain I'll be as regular a listener as I am now come the new year.

They should have done a simulcast with 1Xtra. Radio 1 weekends are in need of Twin B, and this was the perfect opportunity.

Haha yepp! What is he plugging? Hasn't his Saturday night show finished now? I never liked John Bishop (most people I really like I actually really use to hate: George Lamb, Tim Westwood etc etc) but he's really grown on me lately Tuesday mornings are dedicated to one of my many lie ins so I'll have to listen again on the iPlayer.

I really like Dara! But I honestly can't imagine him being any good alongside Fearne. I might have to check it out on the iPlayer.

One of the greatest comedies ever to have graced the medium of television, alongside Arrested Development. The film In the Loop was awful though. Truly awful.

I accept there's a demand for socialites like Paris HIlton and this Momten person, but I don't think they actually have ahuge amount of fans. Hearing Hilton getting criticised and insulted is a part of everyday life, I've yet to hear a single compliment about her and people like her. Designer labels, Gossip Girl and Johnny Depp on my list too. Oh, and a few more of my own: size zero and other really skinny girls, Zac Efron, pub/bar crawls (even though I'm having one for my birthday) and international football (yes, that includes the World Cup).

You like Celeb Juice? And I agree with all those you added cxx666 I forgot to put coffee and the smell of coffee on my list though. And Sophie, yes I hate tropical flavoured fruit juice. Nothing random about it, I just hate it and everyone else seems to love it
