  1. yeah thats very true. i would give it a similar mark as you. 8/10 sounds good
  2. for what its worth im not a huge fan of him either. His songs are alright, but i dont think they warrant getting played quite as much as they do saying that, i did think he did a decent live lounge. he gots nothing on muse however.
  3. Im not a huge fan to be honest. i realy enjoyed the first couple of seasons though. after season 2/3 they started to get far to farfetched with their ideas. it likes an episode of lost now with all the crazy stuff happeneing to try make it more exciting. also, my one hate about it was that the scotish contestant is ALWAYS gay, foreign, far too christian, a crazy glasweigan maniac or something else crazy. its never anybody likeable or 'normal'
  4. iv been out of touch with the radio for a bit, just listened to this today. EMINEM WAS DREADFUL -cant answer questions properly -cant hold a conversation -doesnt even sing live -sooo enthusiastic -no cover -as far as i know, no interview with greg -patronising accent
  5. seriously, scouting for girls guys? There is no way they can make this list. i dont mean to sound harsh, but its very basic generic pop music that just isnt good. i mean, elvis aint dead, great song title and lyrical genious right there! aswell, every song sounds the same. again, dont mean to sound harsh guys, but when you are older than 15 and 13 you might start to realise how bad scouting for girls really are. When i was your age i liked bad music too, its normal. Btw, i realise that im not that old either, but 20 is still a fair jump from 13/15
  6. haha thanks guys for the sympathy votes and all! the 12/13 hour bus wasnt actually all that bad. i ended up staying up all night and got like 4 hours sleep in the a.m. part of the journey home. toilets are fine on those buses(assuming your a guy). Plus met a pretty cool guy my age who was heading back home to inverness for rockness so passed well quick and yes, Mitchel, they were pretty amazing. i would say however, they were very similar to last time i saw them aswell, but thats not a criticism. the set was almost the same, except for the cover of white riot and missing out wake up.
  7. Hey-o UM people! Just incase anyone thinks their monday will be bad, imagine this. board a bus at London victoria at 8am, then stay on that bus right through until 8.45pm when i arrive home in Aberdeen. F@%king annoying, right? ps. saw rage against the machine tonight, so not all bad, ey?
  8. hmm still wondering about flo and the machine. i do like the music but she was so hyped it was hard to miss her this year. other bands that got this much hype i remember were mgmt, who are still doing great, and klaxons, who are now nowhere. hope florence stays popular cos i like the music!
  9. take 5 years off of edith and she's still the hottest at the station. i do like fearne though
  10. Immersion? really? don't get my wrong, i love pendulum, but i wouldn't call it one of the greatest albums ever. besides, even pendulum have better albums. it just seems a little out of place when placed next to your other choices
  11. i noticed that too, what he used to i guess
  12. i can't see it happeneing, but it would be nice if nihal got another daytime weekend slot. he was a good laugh. but with deacon and edmonson now around it looks more likely they will get the upcoming slots
  13. like its okay that theres no playlist, overall its a nice change. but backstreet boys and glee blow. hopefully greg plays something better
  14. no order, muse - showbiz interpol - turn on the bright lights yeah yeah yeahs - fever to tell green day - insomniac/dookie (cant decide) and obvs all the older album like appetite for destruction, nevermind etc etc
  15. T in the park for the win!
  16. yeah i agree, the chappers and laura years were when the show was, for me, at its peak. its still good, but nowhere near as good as it was
  17. lol that would be pretty funny
  18. after a bit of searching through the show iv found it 2.53 on dear scott today if anyones interested
  19. do you happen to remember what time it was mentioned at? thanks in advance
  20. hey im good thanks. hows things with you?

  21. The only reason their on at night is because they play decent music and none of the Jason derulo rubbish that's on the playlist. Besides, I think Daniel p, mike Davis and Westwood are all decent djs anyway I can't speak for jaymo/andy George and rob da bank as I missed those shows.
  22. i nearly said that originally, thought it was maybe too obvious.
  23. how good is this! daniel p carter has been on for 10 minutes and already theres more good songs than ever! going to be a pretty sweet show
