  2. So glad Tim didn't go tonight, he's so bley funny. I want Zoe to stay for a while too, to spice things up a little bit.
  3. It doesn't really bother me. So much time, effort and money goes into the event that I don't blame them for making the most of their material. It'll pass in a week or so anyway!
  4. I think he has Diva Fever! See what I did there? Did the Justin/Fearne interview go out on air? I want to get to the bottom of this!
  5. I use this for iPlayer videos if that helps, thought I doesn't normally work for video clips like on the Radio 1 site. You could download the highlight shows with it if you wanted: http://po-ru.com/projects/iplayer-downloader/
  6. Aww, how sweet is that?! *waves back to Scott*
  7. As said, the online coverage was very ambitious, but wasn't as good as it perhaps should have been. I understand that this is a fairly new concept to do, and the online team seemed to have worked very hard on organising all of the webcams. Yes, the buffering issues and dodgy audio was annoying at times, but it was largely a new thing to try to pull off. As ever pictures and videos online were brilliant; updated quickly and of a high quality, couldn't be any better. I can't help thinking that the TV coverage wasnt as much as it should have been. I feel that Radio 1 are underselling the event if I'm honest. The highlights of the sets were on too late and seemed a little hap-hazard. Setting up a little studio onsite would have been brilliant, so you still get all of the news directly as it happens, but not so they presenters are talking outside of a really loud music tent. BBC should be daring and put more performances on the TV instead of shoving it on repeat on the red button. I'm sure making a highlights show to put on BBC 2 or even 1 would work, maybe showing Saturday's on Sunday night and Sunday's on Monday? Not sure how it would work but the TV coverage didn't wow me as much as I expected. The BBC Three footage was in short supply and not as good as it could have been. Afterall, the majority of listeners don't go to the event so catering for external viewers should be a priority. Overall I thought the event was well organised and clearly had very hard work put in from all areas. The online people should be proud, the streams were a huge step forward for digital media and worked on the whole very well. TV footage could have been better, and apart from on Saturday I saw no adverts for it at all! What's that about?!
  8. Pendulum were my favourite by far! Plan B was also a lot better than I expected, so he's probably second on my list
  9. My feed sounds like the audio is playing twice, one slightly out of time. Ahh!
  10. HA did anyone just see that girl fall off someones shoulders? Bless her!
  11. Know what you mean about the bass, maybe they altered the audio feed for radio purposes? Pendulum are going off! I would LOVE to be there right now
  12. Those balloons that are being thrown around in the main stage crowd.. I don't think one of them is a balloon. Oh theres 2 now!
  13. If its a bad connection I will actually scream!
  14. Scott and Tom aren't a bad double act actually. Well, not for regular happenings, but every-so-often is quite a nice change. Did I just compliment Tom Deacon? *shudders*
  15. Main stage live feed is skipping and has dodgy audio again. Oh dear cam fans!
  16. At least its not done completely off laptops this time
  17. I'm drawing myself away from Plan B, or I'll be here all night, literally. I'm gonna log back on later to watch Pendulum. Laters everybody!
  18. Plan B's guitarist looks like a hyperactive kid with a fake guitar.
