Hey everyone, I made a christmas song + music video for fun and put it on youtube and it's had loads of views already but i thought i would post it on here because i'd like to know your opinions on it. Hope this is allowed, i am a semi-regular. I made a version i sent into scott too with just the first verse and, instead of the chorus, me shouting 'IIIIIITS ONLEYYYY BLEYYY CHRISTMASSSS'. As i'm sure you're aware, Beccy has spent quite some time now searching for her forte. On todays show, when scott was taken away for about 10 minutes for playing too many busted songs, she took over and was actually quite good at it and admitted this herself "and now i think you'll like [song name here], our record of the week." I think we have found Beccy's forte. It was staring us in the face all this time - Scott Mills' job!

I still think they should play the cheesy song anyway. I couldn't imagine waking up any other way by this point. Btw, does scott only talk for 2 minutes once every 2 or 3 songs (fair comment, i think) when he does the breakfast show or does he talk for as long as chris usually does? Edit: I think when vernon fills in, he does the same stuff as chris does but this may because it's the entire chris moyles team just without chris moyles.

I'm listening to the podcasts and i'm a few weeks behind. Scott just mentioned something about Sharon Osbourne about her giving them a box and said "i think everyone knows that story, don't they?" but clearly its the world minus me who knows about it. Could somebody enlighten me?

From looking at twitter, i don't think most people belived the solution at all with most people still apt (including myself) that he used a split screen. We could re-create it using a split screen to prove to the doubters that it can be done this wednesday live on erm.. blogtv? lol

Ah, now the snowflake=freezing is pointed out i think this is more likely. I can't wait to find out how he done it tonight. He did say 'and i'll show you how you can get away with it' so this makes me think it isn't a camera trick.

I really don't want Sophie to win. We've had thick winners 2 years in a row, we don't need a 3rd. And she's obviously just acting with this sudden thick act too. It was most obvious when she was in the diary room and they were telling her where she said each country was and then she would go into a quick 10 second monologue, make herself sound stupid, blab on then pause for the next one - rinse and repeat. She's a lot smarter than she makes out. There's no way she wouldn't know where the united kingdom is.

That Beccy phone call was hilarious, they both just burst into a fit of giggles.

On the subject of Tulip, how come she's on scott's show doing news and on chris moyles' show doing news. Is this a different Tulip? Is one right at the start of her shift and one right at the end?

It's only blehh friday!!

Now i know what his voice sounds like. there is no longer the mystery. He doesn't say anything especially interesting or that we don't already know, for anybody wondering who doesn't want his voice to be spoilt for them. He just tells them the basic idea for the musical and that it took 4 complete re-writes to write.

I think most of Newcastle is at the same intelligence level as stupid street anyway.

And what did he do the first time; give them his home address so they could deliver him more money?

Digital Spy makes a thread for any 'famous' people (usually Big Brother ex-housemates) who go on the forum to answer questions so I thought we should make one for Joe. I'll start this off.. What was Wolfboy like (Scott said something about you going to see it during friday's show) and did you manage to see any other shows while you were there?

He's been on radio for years i think, not just on Scott's show. And now he's on the 2nd most listened to sports show and probably gets more listeners/viewers on the scott mills show than he would for anything he would do 5 days a week on tv relating to sports.

I wonder what goes through his mind when somebody says hi to him at the musical. He must not be sure whether to say hi back or just keep his mouth zipped to keep up the guise.

Because she was from radio 4 i wasn't sure before she was live on it if she listened to the show, if she thought it was funny or if she was just doing it solely for the money and wasn't really a big fan of that type of thing. But she really seems to like it and like the show and the team and she enjoyed being in the musical, which is nice.

Maybe this advert was the one that was on in the cinema a few months back featuring lots of radio 1 DJs?
