Radio 1 DJ Edith Bowman has given birth to a her first child, a baby boy called Rudy Brae Bowman Smith. Mother and baby are fine and baby Rudy weighs in at 6lb and 9ozs and has "very long legs". The 33-year-old has been dating Editors' lead singer Tom Smith since 2005. Bowman hosts the station's weekday slot from 1pm-4pm, and presents much of Radio 1's festival coverage including Glastonbury and Big Weekend. While Bowman is on maternity leave her show is being fronted by a series of guest DJs, including Nihal. In March 2005, Bowman was crowned the winner of Celebrity Fame Academy, with more than 10 million people watching her victory on BBC One's Comic Relief. She joined Radio 1 in 2003 and initially co-presented her current show with Colin Murray. Omw. Haha your right, what happened there? Why is the webcam so zoomed i noticed it was on Annies show too. Stopped listening after that. Also it seems he hasn't dyed his eyebrows to match.

Ediths just said that they are having a sex and the city party next friday for her last day on the show.

I can't wait for Scott to do the chart show as much as i like fearne cotton i dont think the radio is her calling. I recently learnt how easy shes had it in life no GCSES because she was working on TV the days of her exams which i am going through now and family connections to get her where she is today is making me go off her, although i do like her style (sometimes).

She had two different dresses on the one she wore for walking round during the day was quite floaty hiding the bump but the dress she had for bbc 3 was quite tight and made her look massive.
