Anybody who has paid attention to his show and subsequently read the Daily Star knows they twist things and put their own spin on things. I realised this once after reading an article on something he had said the previous day which had been taken out of context and twisted. For this reason I stopped getting the star, and rarely read any newspapers any more because I never know if whats being printed is truth, bending the truth, or in some cases a downright lie

At the end of the day she's a washed up old hag. Moyles gets millions of listeners daily, she's just got a stupid daytime tv show with other washed up women sittin around talkin b******s and writing a column in the Daily Record, and frankly anybody who writes for that rag doesnt have the brainpower for a proper opinion

I've been out thie afternoon with a rather special girl as far as i know she doesnt know how special i think she is but i'm gonna work on it

I feel sorry for him but as 1 of the youngest DJs on the station I think he's probably the 1 most people can relate to.

That looked a little dismissive when I read it back, sorry. What I mean is I've been in a similar position a few years back and with the right help/will power/circumstances everything got back on track, so well done so far and keep up the good work

to be honest its been an online rumour for a couple years now so i dont see why it needed reporting on. However untill the BBC officially comes out and says "Yes, it's Ben Collins" then there will still be a slight air of mystery, and at the end of the day it doesnt detract from what it does or all of the funny facts that the JC RH and JM come up for it

No I know theres only a minimal chance of the car getting damaged but we've all seen on TV if an F1 car goes off the track for whatever reason beit driver error or mechanical, they can start to get very unpredictable. I just think given the amount of secrecy in F1 these days it would be highly unlikely they would give it to someone who doesnt work for them incase information got passed around, not to mention the value of the car as well

what DOESNT suck? lol i'm not getting overtime at work so i gotta try and get by on 30 hours a week, I split up with a long term girlfriend after paranoid accusations of cheating, A girl at work I like has told me she likes another guy we work with (fortunately I havent told her how i feel lol) and all my friends have college/uni/work during the day so I'm bored out my mind after I finish work. This may have been touched on in other posts and I've just not noticed, but what do we all think of Max & Ronnie Herel covering for Greg while he's filling Scott's slot? Personally I like them, prefer Ronnie though (mainly because his voice is a little easier on the ears when my alarm goes off at 4.30 ) and think its good to see that some of the 1Xtra DJs are capable of fronting mainstream shows as well as the more specialist 1Xtra ones. Its just unfortunate that in order to hear them on R1, we generally have to be without Chris, Scott or Greg, otherwise I'd like to hear them on more often.

They might very well get paid enough from the presenting work, it does their reputation no harm if they do (credible) adverts as well, and after all we all have bills to pay. Can you imagine how much Greg's car insurance must be? under 25 and a broadcaster lol

Its odd, but I was shoutin but I guess problems with microphones etc meant it didnt sound very loud. I can only assume that this is a problem with a fair few people, along with the issue of being out of sync

well........ I got the call this afternoon fo get on flash flash. On one hand I'm very proud of my achievement, on the other hand I've listened back to it on the iplayer and i sounded like a total arse, sorry everyone for ruining 2009

she was callin about the laurie's drivers feature, there was a bit of confusion about a message i sent in abuot a lorry, they thought I was drivin it but in actual fact it was parked up at my work lol

Thanks to the calls from Greg, and somebody called Gemma/Jemma who was around when Nihal was on air this week, I've got no fear in calling Radio 1 instead of texting any more, he's an asset to them lol

funnily enough I'm a regular on the early breakfast show and GJ called me up just before the flash flash game on NYE. Unfortunately we got cut off and I couldnt call him back, but I got told the girlfriends dad commented on how he was talkin to me as if he knew who I was (I had the phone on loudspeaker cos I was driving at the time)
