The only 1 out of that lot I'm really looking forward to outta those 3 is Olly Murs. I can take or leave Eddie Izzard and I am 1 of the select few (or culturally elite ) people who really don't like Adele.

At the end of the day, if the BBC wanted to move Chris from that slot the only real person who would be good in it would be Scott, but with other things going on is it really likely that he would be available for a permanant breakfast show? I'm thinking with his DJ work in particular. Ok so Dave and Dom from the current breakfast team do DJing at nights occassionally but I don't think it has much of an effect on the show as they are part of a team rather than being the main presenter like Scott is. On the whole the listeners like him (apart from those who don't like him and havent worked out that if you don't like something you don't listen to it so they're the only real idiots in this situation) and the show is still good so there really is no reason at all to move Chris and/or the team anywhere else.

Actually I think I would rather be shot in the face than listen to Fearne, Matt, Reggie, Grimshaw, or any other names thrown into the ring (with the expection of Scott and Greg) on the breakfast show.

Really hope this is true, hopefully Chris will make some sort of comment about it on the show on Monday. I assume that Chris and Dom will be continuing with him and extending their contracts as well as they're both show regulars and freelance? Couldn't agree more.

I read about this in the Metro this morning, very odd story. On one hand, forwarding the email is gonna only make the situation much worse and who knows, possibly kill the relationship (particularly if Daddy and Step Mummy don't approve of the girl already). However, the fact it was written in the first place I think should raise a few eyebrows. Its 1 thing to expect feminineness and someone to be lady like, its quite another to be critical of all the things that woman was. Can't stand parents like this, who think the boyfriend or girlfriend isn't good enough for their offspring. I actually have a couple of friends who had to deal with this situation when they were together (now split up), basically the mother of 1 made it pretty clear she didn't approve of the their tastes and thought they should be ending it. I wouldn't be surprised if that added to the stress towards the end of their relationship which caused it to end. Anyways, I think either this Freddie character needs to man up and tell the woman to stop being so unbelievably anal, or Heidi needs to get shot of him and the rest of the family.

We weren't at the odd hello stage to be honest, we spoke a hell of a lot actually. When she went silent she said it was because she had a lot on her mind and the last time I saw her it was clear that she was close to becoming depressed, work bothering her, money worries, having trouble coming to terms with a bereavement(sp?), loneliness etc. Obviously I still have feelings for her but in all honesty I actually just miss her friendship more than anything else because we got on so well and it suddenly stopped.

Just seen some pictures of a girl I know on facebook and that got me really down. To cut a long story short we met and dated, then she decided only to be friends and I haven't seen her in about 4 months, but the last time we spoke it wasn't so friendly and she had a go at me for something and I think she reacted in absolutely the wrong way. Basically shes looking even more gorgeous than I remember and I really really miss her

Strange question, but is there some sort of rule as to what DJs are allowed to do the chart? I've noticed it always seems to be Scott covering on a Sunday if Reggie isn't in, and if Greg's off then Scott will come on half an hour early and do the midweek chart, rather than the presenter who would otherwise be in till 4 (Dev in this week's case)

Am I the only 1 here sensing an innuendo bingo style thing at all this mention of Sara's slot? Not forgetting Pete Tong and Westwood either, they're still there and neither of them is a spring chicken these days....

Not following her either, but sometimes I will have a look at someones Twitter just to see what nonsense is being spouted. I really don't see what the point is in this daft thing being resurrected, theres been no mention that I can remember lately of contracts so I assume they have been re-negotiated for at least another year so if he's under contract surely a 1 woman crusade is more than a little redundant?

Is Colin at 5 Live as well? I would have thought that after Chappers left to continue with his sports broadcasting there simply wouldn't be enough time to squeeze in a Radio 1 show as well. It would be nice if we could see the old Chappers and Dave shows return for random shows every once in a while but sadly I think we've lost him to sport now, he's been away from the station for too long.

Well 1 referee is an old store manager, who contacted me on Facebook to let me know he had received the request for a referance and that it would be sent back later that weekend and the other is my current store manager who has also let me know that she got asked for 1 as well. Now my current one has been asking me if I'd heard back for the last couple of weeks which leads me to the belief that she did send it back, otherwise why ask if I'd heard anything? I spoke to my old one on Tuesday and he told me that it had been posted back 2 or 3 weeks ago but if i need it done again I've to get the (potentiol) new employer to ask for it again, unfortunately however my store manager is on holiday at the moment and isnt back till the week after next so there isn't really anything I can do about that for now

I applied for a new job ages back, finally got through the interview stage and driving assessments and a month ago I was told they would be contacting my referees. Phoned up today cos I've not heard from them since then only to be told neither referance has been sent back to them yet Only slight consolation is I was told it won't affect my application at the moment cos I would be a couple months away from getting a start date anyway
