If your looking for somewhere near the festival site and near the town centre then I would try and move to Caversham. It's a village right next to Reading, and is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Depends on what part of Caversham you move to (it's not that big really). To put it simply, Reading is on one side of the River Thames, and Caversham is on the other side. Click Here <- Here is a link for the local estate agents.
