WTF?? eh??

Received letter via MSP... the landlord's practices may be stopped pending further investigations. Jesus. Need to wait. In the meantime, received word about another property and cousin and I are off to view it this avo. Think we would be best moving forward. I need to photocopy the correspondence and put it through my neighbour's door in the dark. What a carry on. At least if we can get this resolved, and I can move house, I never need to deal with him again. Save me from myself.

O, and discovered my little cousin has been spying on all my tweets on Twitter. Does not follow me, but has been observing every move I make (weirdo)... was talking about him, only to receive a text all about it. I have now protected my twitter account, so I DO hope this means he cannot see anything else.

No idea. Finally listened in yesterday. Was pretty good. Felt weird after a break of weeks.

It is never ending. Made things up with neighbour. Was a bit hyper last night (read = hysterical), and wound up sleeping with him (yes, things CAN get worse). I am out and about today with yesterday's clothes on, and my hair standing on end. Feel completely skanky and I'm not 100% washed either. Not needed this afternoon, so gonna go for some retail therapy and a trip to the pool. Seems I can make another complaint (need to find out more), then it seems I can refer the matter to the Ombudsman in Edinburgh. Landlord still not backing down. I am not really coping well this week - usually I am quite determined, but this week I seem to have lost the bloody plot. Need to keep a more level head over all this, I think and cool it a bit. A break today should help. ** ** And avoiding my neighbour. He actually has a girlfriend, and I just slept with someone's partner. :-(

Wisdom tooth removal should be done when you are unconscious. I had mine removed in hospital. You are only in for one night, so it's actually not bad @ all. They tell you to make sure your mouth is covered, so it can be a bit ridiculous if it is the summer, and you wind up walking around with a scarf around your face (this happened to me :hahaha:). In other news, our "landlord" situation still rattles on. Was supposed to have a meeting with a neighbour, then he informs me he is off to Aberdeen?!?! (he must have known that), resulting in a BIG text row at 0600 hours. I eventually told him... if he wants anything else done, he can do it himself. That's the thing in this situation... I've had the hassle all along (you were right, cxx666). Aaaaahhhh.

:hahaha: LOL.. it DOES really !!!!!!! Seems you can get your msp to raise matters for you - housing = devolved matters. Other matters are called "reserved" and are for UK parliament... So Cameron must have overall power?! Seems you can also get a petition going with the Scottish Parliament. Fascinating this... the more I know, the more I want to know. :hahaha:

I have to agree with a lot of this. I have experienced upsets and deaths of family members at this time of year as well. I used to believe more in religion, but I think this current "tenancy" situation has caused me to revise my views. What kind of God would put people (vulnerable) or otherwise into danger time and time again. But then, another part of me thinks ... with existence on planet Earth comes the free will to make decisions, so is it God's fault?? It is very confusing. Today, despite all I have said above, I wound up in a church - makes no sense at all really, but when do I ever make sense!! :hahaha:

I wasn't asking you to argue. Actually, I would AGREE with the above post. However, if, at a later stage, this goes back into the press because there is some serious incident in which people are killed, I would NEVER forgive myself for having never taken the opportunity to try again to sort the problem when I HAVE addresses to write to, and could have stated something (anything better than doing just nothing). Plus, in the case of some serious incident, all EVIDENCE of attempts to try to resolve this situation are in black and white, and will NEVER be denied by this landlord or anyone else. Anyhow, I have got the email addresses this morning of important local councillors, now I gotta get this letter drafted over Xmas with the key points, and get it fired off in the New Year. Then, all Hell may break loose, but what the Hell, bring it f* on.
