Yesterday, Leicester Square played backdrop to the weirdest and most wonderful box of delights to ever grace the London landmark.
From a human lizard to land-bound synchronised swimmers via ballerinas, rappers and a gorgeous girl riding a motorbike ON TOP of a man on a bed of nails, all these acts tried to ‘upstage’ each other in preparation for the BBC’s brand new entertainment show Upstaged.
Radio 1 DJ and presenter of Upstaged, Scott Mills, was on hand to check out the acts as they crammed into a miniature version of the show’s unique performance spaces – a glass box – in the centre of Leicester Square.
Upstaged is open open to anyone across the country who thinks that they are interesting enough to entertain the nation. The more unusual, wilder and wackier the better!
