Hello all, it’s Jono the site geek here to fill you with the latest news. First of all, this weekend I’ve given the site a slight festive theme. It’s nothing too ‘in your face’ but will hopefully do the trick to get you in the spirit! Check out the message board for more holiday fun.
Don’t forget this week Jo Whiley is on tour with the Live Lounge, visiting the homes of Jack Penate, Stereophonics and McFly. She’s also inviting Mika round to hers, as he’s homeless. Listen to the shows throughout the week for all of that.
Further details have been discovered about Radio 1’s Christmas Party which takes place the following week. Jimmy Carr, The Hoosiers, Hard-Fi, KT Tunstall and Davina McCall are all expected to appear. More about that on the forum!
There’s also reports that Scott’s show will be going out live on BBC Three from next week. According to Radio Times, ‘Radio 1 on Three’ will air each evening just after midnight featuring visual coverage of the Scott Mills show.
