20 September 2016: Ross Noble turns Yeovil into an Innuendo Bingo epic

An accidental eyebrow slit

Scott notices that one of Chris’s eyebrows looks different. Chris admits that he found a trimmer in a kitchen drawer, attempted to control the growth and accidentally removed a vertical section.

He initially fears that he looks like Dappy, but social media reveals that eyebrow slits have returned as a 2016 trend. Chris decides that the mistake proves he remains fashionable and begins encouraging everybody else to copy him.

Ross Noble soaks the studio

Ross Noble arrives in biker clothing for Innuendo Bingo and immediately turns the feature into an extended comedy performance. He riffs around the clips, repeatedly returns to Yeovil and leaves the programme issuing affectionate apologies to listeners in the town.

Ross is already familiar with the game and handles the water without restraint. His enthusiasm, improvised diversions and refusal to let a subject end make the edition as much a Ross Noble routine as a conventional round of Bingo.

Zara Larsson plays Real or No Real

Zara Larsson follows her Live Lounge with Real or No Real. She admits that the scale of the performance made her unusually nervous because too many people were watching for her to process the moment normally.

Scott and Chris test her with stories including the organisers of Rio’s opening ceremony losing the stadium keys. Zara’s visit closes the correctly restored Tuesday show, which leads directly into the next day’s review of the Bangers statistics.
