Chris takes his Batman audition
The Batman story moved from fantasy to reality as Chris headed to the audition. Rather than carry his costume and change later, he travelled from Watford dressed as the Caped Crusader, a level of commitment that Scott could barely believe.
The team also discovered that Chris had already bought his sister tickets for the tour. If he had landed the part, she would have been watching him perform, which made his bid feel both more heroic and more embarrassing.
Scott and Beccy followed the build-up closely but held back the final verdict. The comedy came from Chris behaving as though this were a straightforward career move, while everyone else could see how unlikely the casting process was to go his way.
