Christmas bans
Scott asked listeners what had been prohibited in their homes during Christmas.
Nikki had banned beer pong after a Christmas Day game led to her taking most of the penalties and singing until 3am.
Gillian said sprouts were banned because she could not cope with “the stench of the farts”.
Other rules concerned political conversations, competitive board games, particular relatives controlling the music and food that nobody genuinely liked.
The Birthday Game: Harriet
Harriet’s brother Callum nominated her, although their father Ron spoiled the surprise.
She wanted colouring books and gin for Christmas.
Her first spin was Ozzy and Kelly Osbourne’s Changes, which she rejected.
The second was The Human League’s Don’t You Want Me. Harriet decided to keep it rather than risk the final track.
Scott revealed that the unused third choice would have been John Lennon’s (Just Like) Starting Over.
Harriet was satisfied with her decision and received a birthday balloon.
Handover
Scott handed over after more listeners submitted their Christmas prohibitions.
