Scott had a dating-show dilemma
Scott revealed that he had been approached about appearing on Celebrity First Dates. It sounded like exactly the sort of television opportunity he would normally enjoy, except there was one fairly major complication: he was already dating somebody.
That prompted a discussion about whether going on a television date “for work” could ever be harmless when someone was already seeing another person. Scott was clearly intrigued by the programme, but less convinced by the potential real-life consequences.
A new game revealed only the end of the gossip
Scott and Chris also experimented with a celebrity-gossip game built around stories they knew but could not necessarily tell in full. Instead of revealing the whole tale, they offered only a final line or fragment and challenged each other to work out which celebrity was involved and what had happened.
It allowed them to tease the kind of A-list stories that would otherwise stay firmly off-air while making the inability to reveal the details part of the joke.
Charlotte Crosby returned to Innuendo Bingo
Charlotte Crosby took the wet seat for Innuendo Bingo and was characteristically open about her relationship with Stephen Bear. She told Scott and Chris why she believed Bear could be “the one”, while surviving another selection of carefully chosen BBC clips and mouthfuls of water.
Alan Dedicoat also joined the programme for Real or No Real.
