New Year’s Eve on Radio 1 these days is a little more lackluster than back in the day when Scott Mills would present a show.
This clip from 2007 features Scott presenting live with “Barry Scott” doing the voiceovers, Scott catching up with Chappers and other DJs on their evenings out, and a number of Radio 1 DJs chanting “It’s Only Bleeeyyy 2007” over the Big Ben bongs.
It’s a far cry from the automated music that now airs between 10pm and 2am on a New Year’s Eve.
