The forum has been upgraded this weekend. This means you will have to log in again when you visit. There should be little change in how you browse the forum – it simply fixes a few errors and tightens security. However, I have added a few new features to the forum. For a start, you can define your mood when you log in. This appears on your posts and on your profile. You also have more RSS feed options, this is ideal if you’ve got a snazzy mobile phone with an RSS reader.
I’ve also added a few extra styles so you have the choice to switch if the default style isn’t to your liking. All styles are now compatible with the new features. In terms of forums, ‘Your Views’ now caters for Radio 1 shows through the week. So if you’re listening to show and want to talk about it, log on and post there. I am also trialling a ‘podcast’ forum, where a bot will post each time there is a new Radio 1 podcast to download. Handy if you don’t have iTunes or an RSS reader.
