I have a real strong feeling that Italy are going to do it. My money is on Italy to win WC @ 8/1 (Ladbrokes) £10 bet which would get me £90 back. Its really easy and I am bored, so here we go... There is three types of odds, the fractional odds (Used in the UK and Eire), the decimal odds (Used in the European Union) and the American odds, (Obviously used in America:-) ) To keep things simple I will only explain fractional odds, but if you want to know about other types of odds, give us a shout. The name gives it away, the odd is a fraction of what you bet, so you will always get a fraction back (plus your initial stake) of your stake. For example, lets just say the odds for Chelsea winning the premiership are 1/2 we all know that 1/2 is a half or 0.5; if you bet £50 on that happening you will be getting your £50 back, plus a half of your stake which is £25, this means that you would be receiving a payout from the bookies of £75. The easiest way of working out odds is dividing the first number of the odd by the second one, multiplying this number by your stake and adding the result to your initial stake. Lets have the odds Geezer showed us. Brazil to win WC @ 5/2 £2 bet gets £7 back the odd -- 5 dived by 2 = 2.5 odd times the stake -- 2.5 multiplied by £2 = £5 you would get your stake back -- £5 + £2 = £7 I know, I'll get my coat:-p

My worst job was a shop, the job and the shop was great, but the manager made it hell. She hated me with a passion, she hated every time I was talking with female customers of my same age group, she always interrupted and told me to do other stupid stuff, when in fact I was being nice to customers and selling them shit!! In not so busy hours, when there was not much to do, we would all just stand there at the shop talking to each other having a bit of craic, she always found a job for me, I never had the chance to stand up and talk or enjoy the craic, "Patrick do this!!", "Patrick do that!!" when in fact everyone else would just stand there and talk. I was only getting something stupid like £3.75/hour. One day late, due to heavy traffic, (What do you want??, its Christmas!!), and she nearly bit my head off. I couldn't take it no more, so I just left them, worse job in my life, will never miss it. I had another job during the summer on a beach in Spain, from 9am until 8pm without breaks, because I was having my lunch there and all, if I needed a smoke I could just smoke there!! :-) Good money too, and the job was just amazing, even though it was all day, It had to be the best job I ever had so far.

Fair enough then, why the !!!! would I care? Either way, Michael Jackson is a man, and if I said that 'Beat Freakz' are made of three men, that leaves us with four possible singers. My initial question was "Is it a man or a woman that sings this?", So I don't give a !!!! who it was, now I know its a man that sings it, thats all I wanted to know.

I've done it lots of times :biggrin: But you don't usually talk lots of rubbish, because if I was REALLY REALLY drunk, then I wouldn't even bother login in or turning the computer on. I would just rather get more drunk!! :-p Text messages when drunk are a nightmare. I can't even see them, need to cover one eye to be able to read them properly, I don't ever bother reading them when drunk. I used to wake up after a nights party and find something like 20 new text messages on my phone, now everyone knows that it would be a better idea to phone if they need to tell me something important, and it is one of these days of the week when I 'might' be drunk. But if it is REALLY, REALLY important and I sound drunk, you should wait until the morning :biggrin:

Are you serious? take it you have one hell of a sad life then. I hate people that can't take a bit of slaggin, when its just a bit of banter. I understand you, I hate misspellings, specially stupid ones like, 'to' and 'two', its not the same thing!! and 'too' is another thing. Having said this, my spelling is not great :-o

Aye, I know, I downloaded it ages ago, and I though it was amazing, it has helped me a couple of times to plan journeys. Keep tuned to Google, because I heard they were going to publish another version of that program, 'Google Moon'.

Speed cameras are the biggest load of crap. I can't remember details, or where it happened, but I once read on the Internet some news report about an old man on a bicycle getting flashed by a speed camera. :doubt: Good thing about this was that everyone fined from that camera since the last time it got configured received a refund of their finds, and the penalty points got taken away. Speed cameras are a joke. :-X
