Ian Carey Project - Get Shaky and All American Rejects - Gives You Hell are some of the slightly newer tracks that are played ridiculously often. Although I like the former, I can't stand the latter!

I agree, but... 1. 1Xtra is only digital whereas many people only have access to analogue radio's. 2. Radio 1 is about every genre of popular music, so even though 1Xtra exists, I think that they have to fairly represent urban music on an equal basis to dance/rock etc.

I agree completely. It's nice to hear Dance Anthems on 6Music on a Sunday, but it would be even better on Radio 1 again, especially as it would get rid of Switch! (Yes, I'm 16 and I don't like it!)

Hi all, I've registered for the forum just to answer you this question! The track is Michael Woods - Drop Zone. It's been played the last few weeks (though not yesterday) on Judge Jules' show and was even his Tried and Tested once. It's a really good track so it shocked me to hear it on Floorfillers last night.
