Come over to Holland and enjoy Sky Radio and Slam FM. Slam FM has a far shorter playlist than the Scott Mills Show on really heavy rotation. And all of them have 5 minutes of ads all at the same time at five to the half hour. Commercial radio Dutch style. Bloody great!

Knowing the BBC these days they'll pull someone off CBEEBEEBEES or whatever its called. As long as they've been on the telly and the kids are familiar with them, job done!

Plenty of stories to tell of viscious bullying on MSN, nasty ruining of reputations by wronged and jealous boyfriends on Facebook, plus routine slandering of teachers as part of my daughter's early teenage years. But I guess you''d rather hear it direct from teens rather than a 50 year old dad. Morale is that you only find out about it if you are nosey. Don't expect the child to share their online problems with you by choice.

All the BBC TV news has been blabbing about today is the contents of schoolkids packed lunches and how "Experts" think it isn't a balanced meal and the fact it's icy outside. STILL! Oh and how "Experts" have predicted that it will cost millions to mend potholes made in roads by the snow or ice. What does it take to become one of these "Experts" who advise BBC News on the blindingly obvious?
