No, no, no, no, NO! Tiscali is one of THE worst ISP's around, compared to Zen (who are fantastic), they're absolutely dire. You get what you pay for with ISP's, pay peanuts, get monkeys. Tiscali's support/customer service is in India, and utterly hopeless. It'll perform very badly, you're tied in to a 12 month contract, dynamic IP only. They're one of the most complained about ISP's around, really. This says it all. Moving on... Sky Broadband might be okay for some people, I guess. Personally I wouldn't touch it. As I said above, you get what you pay for. TalkTalk is even worse than Tiscali.
