To be fair both Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen did the same, and Rage Against The Machine refused to let the BBC record ANY of their sets at T and Reading last year. It's not an uncommon request, especially by headliners, we were slightly spoilt last year with live and full coverage of all 3 headliners.

Also the BBC film all of their Glasto coverage, I think they only actually film 2 events at the olympics, all the big boradcasters and the host broadcaster share events out.
