I seriously hope the rumours about Anelka to Man U that resurfaced after yesterday's result are true. Apparenlty everyone apart from Fergie can see that another striker is needed.

Yeah Anderson should be nearing full match fitness, hopefully he will be on the bench on Wednesday. The Saha situation is annoying, the rare times when he is fully fit, like the first half of last season, he is a top class striker.

Reading's tactics were cheap though, just playing for a draw. Rooney's injury might not be much of a blow if Tevez has a good start. Still thing Fergie needs another striker though, there is no way Ole and Saha are going to stay fit for a whole season.

Forgot to mention a bit of Soccer Saturday cock-up comedy gold. After they had finished talking about the Sunderland v Spurs game they showed footage of both teams warming up on the pitch, then randomly showed a clip of Carlos Tevez when he was at West Ham. It was funny because it made it looked like Tevez was just randomly wandering about the pitch while both teams were training, Stelling's reaction was hilarious: "What the hell is he doing there?!!" etc. Also, I loved Kamara's Sven impression. Watch out John Culshaw
