yea me too, but i was at my house and not yours!;-) i was getting depressed cos my 30s were coming up, and now on the horizon is my 40s! i too remember brit pop and the tories finally getting near the end of their run. i also remember that i was a thatchers child and she took our milk,and ruined our teeth, sold all the council houses and didnt rebuild new ones,ruined the nhs, and sold everything off. thats why people my age have to pay top dollar for houses, dentists ,(if you can find one!)cos our teeth are bad because of lack of calcium in infant school, gas, electric, rail travel etc.........................................................oh am i boring you? im boring myself!!

i live in the lake district (about 10 mile from keswick) and because its on your doorstep, we never go! its so beautiful, we dont take any noticed of it. we just moan about being in the middle of nowhere,tourist driving 10mph to look at hills, how bad the roads are etc!

i agree, i never ever liked her, from when she started as top pop-tart to right up to now. respect is due to her though. she is adored world wide for her music. i bet she doesnt let her kids see the trashy book and videos she made us all suffer with, when she was going though her sexual stage!

id love to thnk so! we are going away to watch the w.c. (not to germany though, far too many germans!) last w.c we went to gran caneria. what a great time we had. im booking 14june to 21stjune, because imthinking the team will be on the way home by then!!

I dont smoke, but my mam has a small village pub, where most of the regulars do smoke. when im on the bar, i come home stinking of the stuff, my clothes and hair are awful. but im not to sure about the ban , i think it will ruin small pubs like my mams. i dont think the older men and women will want to nip outside for a quick fag in the cumbrian rain and gale force winds!!
